**Update** Almost a year after I purchased this speaker and it has held up perfectly! Sound and build quality has not deminished even though the speaker is used on a very regular basis. The product was longer than I expected, it's a little bigger than my laptop, which I'm happy with. The Green LED on the sound control really sets it off, especially since all my other gadgets are green LED. It's lighter than it looks but since its USB powered this will be great for portability. I bought this to use behind my monitor when my last speakers broke (after 3 months!) and it's perfect, it also looks nice from all angles. As for performance it's self, easy to set up, plug in the USB and the green and pink wires into the back or your pc or laptop and your good to go. Also comes with 2 additional cables, one red and a red and white connector, haven't taken these out of the packet so not sure what theyre for yet, presumably a TV system?... anyway sound was clear and not at all tinny, the base could do with some improvement but for the price and size it works very well. It's not super loud but perfect for my office space and loud enough to be heard when getting ready for a night out. Over all I would buy this again, as long as it holds up to the test of time, will update in a few months.

Well it arrived in a very large box way too big for the speaker and that Amazon they love doing thing on a grand scale, this is my first experience of having a soundbar and boy I am so glad I bought this one, I know you can get expensive ones with lots of bells and whilsles but I just wanted it for my computer the other ones died the other day, the sound on Trust Asto is very good you will not regret buying this sound bar, its very nice and fits just right under the monitor, the downside is the cable is very short, so people at Trust take note make the cable longer or add an extention to the cable. All round its a nice clear sound, worth the money any day. 10/10 for sound 10/10 for build quality 10/10 the brand. 1/10 for the cable.

This is a neat and tidy little soundbar which is best suited to those who simply need a speaker for their PC. I wouldn't buy this for movies or gaming as the bass is very weak and in general the sound is rather thin, but clearly this unit is not aimed at or priced for an audiophile experience. There's plenty of volume for use in my small home office, and the mids / highs are perfectly clear. The unit sits very neatly beneath my monitor and does a fine job for my requirements. If you're realistic in your expectations of a product at this price point, I have no reason to imagine you would be disappointed.

Bought to replace failed PC speakers. Was a little concerned by reviews stating the cables were “short”, so checked the Trust web site and found they were 1.4m long, which is more than enough. Nice unit, very simple to use. Plug in the audio and mic in the usual 3.5mm jacks, and the usb cable for power. And that’s it! Sound quality is nice. Not too much bass, but enough. Full volume is plenty loud enough. Build quality seems good, and the on/off/volume knob feels like it’s damped in some way. Nice and sturdy. Dial it up to 11 and the audio quality is maintained, with no distortion. It’s loud enough without deafening you.

Used to replace a set of rather tired stereo speakers with something more compact on the PC desktop. Sound is okay and on a par with the previous speakers but don't expect home cinema quality. There are a few issues and features worth pointing out... USB powered, so you will either need to find a spare USB socket on your PC or laptop (and hope your PSU can cope) or use a mains to USB charger/converter. The green light on the dial is quite bright and can't be dimmed or switched off. There is no tone control for bass or treble, the sound is what it is. The feet are not adjustable for height which means if I sit it on top of the monitor base, it's slightly off the desk surface. However it does what it says on the tin and unlike some soundbars, there is a headphone socket for privacy if necessary.

I am in constant call/video meeting so its very useful since the switching between speaker and earphone is very easy. The speaker has very clear sound and can be loud as you want it to be. There are static sounds while no sound is playing but you wont hear it when a sound is heard. If you are planning to have this as SPEAKER ONLY, then it is a good choice. Its also more compact than my previous speakers and can sit nicely under the monitor. tactile feedback on the volume control is nice, as well as the light indicator. However, I mainly bought this because it has headphone and mic socket. I cannot use the functionality because the background noise is just too distracting. I have tried using different earphones/headphones/audio connectors to no avail. the noise also increases as the sound volume so it makes no difference.

Basic sound quality and sufficient for You Tube etc, beyond that would advise investing in a higher spec sound system if wanting Hi Fi quality. TBH, It was fairly priced for the spec, just wished that there was a bespoke piece of software to manage the Bar speakers. Volume dial is a bit wonky, I have to press it hard in the centre in order to hear when using the earphone jack connection.

Uso questa sound bar nel mio Pc in quanto il monitor non ha le casse integrate e mi ero stancato di avere una marea di fili che viaggiavano per la scrivania dietro il monitor. La qualità del suono non è paragonabile al sistema che avevo prima che pur era un semplice 2+1(la differenza fra avere una sorgente specializzata per i bassi si fa sentire) ma per le mie esigenze di giocatore "della domenica" e di utente medio di PC è più che accettabile. Il suono è ragionevolmente pulito e sufficientemente buono. Buono anche l'effetto stereo e quindi anche la "direzionalità" del suono. Pratico senza ombra di dubbio il fatto di avere sotto la manopola del volume le uscite per cuffia e microfono con i "classici" 2 jack separati che all'inserimento ammutoliscono la sound bar che comunque deve rimanere accesa per poterli usare. Manopola frontale pratica per la regolazione del volume. L'aspetto non è certo dei più "cool" ma non è comunque male. Per quel ce riguarda i fili dalla sound bar escono i due jack per le uscite cuffie/casse e microfono del PC ed un cavo USB che serve per alimentare la sound bar, quindi si sono 2 cavi (uno doppio casse e microfono che si biforca solo alla fine e l' USB) ma vanno tutti assieme verso il PC e quindi non danno molto fastidio. Concludendo si può affermare che ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, una resa sonora buona per un uso "generale" ma non certo idonea per i più esigenti.

Produto atendeu as espectativas, ocupou pouco espaço e entregou a pontência, conforme descrição. Obs.: Caso queiram um som com um grave mais nítido, um com subwoofer é o ideal.

Ich wollte meinen Kabelsalat mit 5 Surroundlautsprechern und Subwoofer am PC abschaffen, weil ich am PC eh kaum auf hochwertigste Soundwiedergabe achte. Da bin ich auf dieses Produkt gestoßen, für nichtmal 30 EUR. Hinten an der Soundbar gehen 2 Kabel ab, 1 für USB (Strom) und eins, welches sich dann teilt in den Klinkenanschluss für Frontspeaker sowie Mikrofon; beide passten erwartungsgemäß hinten an den Soundkartenanschluss des PC. Alles funktionierte sofort, problemlos, und ich konnte die 11 (!!!) alten Kabel der Surround-Anlage entsorgen. Der Sound ist absolut ok, Lautstärke auf maximal ist auch ok (natürlich keine Discolautstärke, da nur wenig Strom durch USB empfangen wird). Man kann auch einfach Kopfhörer vorn anschließen an der Soundbar, dann geht die Bar auf "mute" und mit den Kopfhörern ist mir kein Klangverlust aufgefallen. Wenn man kein Wunderwerk erwartet, ist das Gerät ideal, und vor allem hat man weniger Kabel - ohne dass man auf Bluetooth angewiesen ist. Ein Adapter für Cinch ist auch beigefügt, falls man das Gerät an einem DVD-Player o.ä. anschließen möchte. Die Kurzanleitung ist gut bebildert, insofern sollte niemand Probleme haben, das Gerät anzuschließen. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
