Good price and quality.
Works well and a cheaper alternative to others. I wish I had tried these first instead of the constant voltage LED drivers I bought for one bathroom which were more than 3x the cost. Quality looks good, pre-wiring saved a lot of time. Only difference between these and the expensive ones I have is there is a tiny delay between pulling the cord and the lights coming on (maybe 0.3 of a second). Last comment - these are not boxed and have no data sheet or leaflet. They arrived loose in a cardboard "pocket" with no protective packaging whatsoever. They were moving around freely and I wonder how much of a battering they took in the shipping process. That said all 3 worked fine with 5W MR16 LEDs from Toolstation.

Worked nicely to replace a faulty unit from another brand
This worked to replace one that was in place when I moved in to my flat which blew up when I inserted a new bulb. This one worked immediately and now my living room has 2 lights once more.

Good product, relatively easy to fit and well made
I'm slowly in the process of replacing all the Halogen downlighters (over 50 of them, courtesy of the previous owners) with LED bulbs, to eliminate buzzing and flickering new transformers were required, for which I've used these. Fitting is simple, after cutting power at your main fusebox, cut the cable connecting the mains supply to you old transformer, strip the wires on your mains cable then connect both the stripped mains cable and the 240v cables of the transformer via a junction box. Don't skimp and just splice the wires then wrap with electrical tape, there is a (admittedly small) fire risk from doing so as tape does slowly degrade over time.

Not dimmable
While the units work, you cannot dim LED MR16 bulbs, because the transformer output is clamped to 12V DC. That is fine if you want constant brightness of your MR16 bulbs, but it makes it impossible to dim them. It would be better if the description was clearer.

Good priced replacement component.
This fits the specification & has been in for a while now without issue - driving a 12 Volt 3 Watt MR16 LED spot light. My 18 month old unit failed (so out of warranty), I identified the transformer / driver had failed due to a single blown resistor. I chose not to bother repairing as it was not that easy to obtain a single resistor without a trip that surpassed in driving to obtain / getting delivered reasonably priced parts or ending up with 99 spare resistors!
