I had very dry lips and dry flakes on my eyebrows due to the winter months. This product literally transformed my face overnight. I have no more flakes on my face. I must say, this isn’t a moisturiser but has better benefits than using just vaseline. Vaseline is 100% petroleum and this is 43% with the rest of the ingredients having healing and moisturising benefits. To get the best use out of this, please use a moisturiser before. Such as one with peptides or hyaluronic acid. Then seal in the moisture with this as Aquaphor doesn’t have enough moisturising ingredients your skin actually needs. Genuinely works wonders when used correctly!!

I've often had a problem with peeling lips since I was kid and after much (read: MUCH) research, I think it may be exfoliative cheilitis. I tried several things, from Vaseline to Blistex to Burts Bees... all had very little impact (though Burts Bees made it less painful when the skin was peeling). Aquaphor was a brand that was repeatedly mentioned on the internet, by people with similar dermatological issues. So I thought, why not give it a go! Unfortunately, they don't seem to sell it here in the UK, which resulted in an Amazon purchase. The product itself came as a twin-pack, as promised, though it differs from other 'on-the-go' applicators, in that the end of the tube is not designed to apply directly to the lips (but that's a minor thing, as you can put it on your finger and apply it... the 'old skool' way). It definitely seems to hydrate the lips, though it may leave your lips white for the first hour after applying it, if you have a similar condition to me. Also, if water comes into contact with your lips after applying it, it does not wash off like others. It's only partially made of petroleum jelly (aka petrolatum), so allows the skin/lips to 'breathe' more easily. However, I only gave it 4* because while it is much better than the usual 3* lipcare products one can find in a supermarket, it hasn't actually stopped the dryness of the lips. If I stop using it (or sometimes even when I do use it), the exfoliative cheilitis persists :(. Good product though! You only need a bit of it on your lips (may need more if using elsewhere, as you can use this on hands etc)... so it may last you a long time. If you're planning on using this in several different areas regularly, I'd suggest purchasing the Aquaphor tub/pot. It's particularly good for really dry skin (to the point where your skin might bleed or close to it), as it allows the skin time to recover, especially when used at night!

Love Aquaphor, I first discovered it in America, feels lovely on the face and body, absorbs in so well and gives a subtle glow on the skin, I was getting really dehydrated and this has helped wonders, the pot is huge and lasts for absolutely ages, as you literally need a tiny amount, I honestly can’t recommend it enough, honestly worth its weight in gold !!

It's helped reduce the itching I get with chlorine in my leisure centre pool.

This is good stuff. It feels rather greasy when first applied, but is absorbed fairly well and since it is rather thick and solid in the pot, its easy to get just a little on your finger for application without using too much, and only a very small amount goes a really long way. Given this Id say that this will last for quite a long time, so its definitely value for money.

I was having an itchy skin, as I applied this cream on my skin it stopped. The greasiness is good, and the quality is super. It worths the price. This comes in a big container.

I wanted something that wasn’t as heavily perfumed as my favorite Nivea cream that but contained petrolatum; yet not just Vaseline. I love the feeling of this.

Non si assorbe quindi va messa prima di dormire ma è la prima crema che mi risolve il problema dei classici tagli invernali profondi. Attenua anche la dermatite da "troppi lavaggi alle mani", tipica di questo periodo. La consiglio per chi ne ha provate tante e ma non ha mai risolto.

Buenísima!! Vale la pena, la he usado en los labios, manos, codos y hasta pies y humecta muy bien!! Recomiendo aplicarla por las noches ya que la consistencia es como de vaselina. Humecta muy bien!
