I was pleasantly surprised when this book arrived. I expected there to only be 40 things to do but there are so many suggestions in the book that even I had a great time flicking through all the ideas before giving it to the birthday girl.If you are looking for a little something for an upcoming birthday this is light hearted and cheap this is the gift you are looking for.Please see some attached photos to give you a clearer idea of what the book is like.

A fun book for daughter in law's 40th she loved it. It was a smaller size than expected.

I bought this and a few other 40 gimmicky things for my wife's 40th birthday. It's a good thing to open on the day, and she's read through it. Some of it is quite funny!

I bought this for a friend for her 40th as someone bought one for me for mine a few months ago and it's actually a really decent book. I suspected it was yet another gimmicky little thing but there is a lot in it and 40 is the age where you do start to seriously think about your life, what you've done and what you would like to do to make the rest of your life count!Excellent!!

Great book and the person I bought it for loved it. It was for a 40th birthday as an additional stocking filler but was a bit scruffier than I had hoped...my friend didnt mind but I was a bit embarrassed and had to say it was second hand but thought she would like it.

I brought this as a gift for my best friends 40th birthday. Before wrapping it up I had a look through and got hooked. It is just page after page of little things to do but it really made me think. I intend to buy myself one and go through it and try and do at least SOME of the things in it

Fun read

Nothing in here too specific to being 40, pretty generic advice for how to live your life.

Nice book, even if it is only a coffee table book. Everyone will look through it, no one will read the whole thing, and lots of laughs will be had. Cross the four off in a decade and start anew . . .

Very well written!I can read a few pages at a time or only one and think on the quote.There are so many ideas.
