Tripod Phone Mount Holder

TL:DR - An excellent, well-made and tough phone holder that holds phones from 55 mm to 95 mm securely in any orientation. Context: I'm getting on a bit now: eyesight is failing, hands shake, need a walking stick to get up steps etc. I found an extendable walking stick that doubles as a monopod in a charity shop. This phone holder makes my life complete! It (i) holds my phone very securely and (ii) attaches to my monopod perfectly, so I can now take much better photos without my usual camera shake when I'm out and about. Description: The phone holder consists of two parts. Firstly, there is the clamp. It has a screw mechanism to hold the phone very securely. It is much more reliable and easier to operate for fumbly, old fingers than something spring-operated (so I'm much less likely to drop my phone!). It has the usual ¼ inch screw socket for direct attachment to the monopod. It holds the phone in landscape orientation. Secondly, there is a bracket with the same screw socket and which allows the clamp to rotate between landscape and portrait orientation. Of course, it not only fits on my monopod, it also fits on a tripod, so it might well find other uses at home and maybe for taking selfie videos when out and about. It is well-made out of quality plastic and looks and feels very sturdy. It will outlast me. I've had other phone holders in the past which are either too small, too fiddly or too delicate. This one is perfect for my requirements. Highly recommended

This simple device allows you to mount a smartphone onto a photographic tripod. It only takes seconds to attach, clamps securely to the smartphone and is adjustable for a range of sizes (I have a Samsung A55). It is well made, nicely finished and appears to be sturdy. Works very well and is at a reasonable price. Recommended.

This is really great as a phone mount for on top of my camera tripod. My daughter wanted to use it for recording her gymnastics skills (mini influencer 🙄.) The only issue I had was it wouldn’t go on my tripod with the little metal button thing on it, but I think that was the tripod issue and not the phone mount, once it had been removed the phone mount went on easily and is stable and firm with a large iPhone in place. I also ordered a clicker. Both my kids had great fun with this and it is intact and the phone remained safe. I’m really happy with purchase.

This mobile phone bracket I found it to be very easy to use and also very sturdy. I’m pleased with this purchase and recommend it to be practical and affordable I feel those of you who like to improve their photos, will enjoy using this bracket and will see an improvement of their photos 👍👍

This was a purchase in response to the lockdown happening at the minute, and I was getting tired of doing video calls with relatives having to either hold my phone out at arms length for 20 minutes or find some hacked method to prop it up. This allows a nice solid mounting on any ordinary camera tripod, any size that uses the standard tripod screw mount. It uses a simple thumb screw to open the clamp up, and it holds my phone (a Samsung Galaxy Note4) perfectly well, and it feels solid once everything's tightened up. When it's loose without being attached to anything, it's a little bit rattly, but to be fair that is massively nit-picking on someting that costs what this does. It holds my Note4, which with its Otterbox Commuter case is probably one of the heavier phone combinations out there absolutely solidly, no problem at all. The clamp is rubberized so you don't have to squeeze the heck out of your phone to make it secure, and the adjustment for landscape and portrait. also has some sort of friction arrangement, so if you slacken it off, it doesn't become instantly floppy you can get it to the point where it can be smoothly moved from one to the other, and locked anywhere between. Yeah, couldn't be happier. Does the job, does it well, and costs practically nothing. If you'd use something like this, then look no further. There's literally no point paying any more.
