Allows adequate airflow when paired with a high static pressure fan. The mesh is high quality and doesn't separate easily.

Used some small pieces to reinforce and repair some thin plastic ABS plastic that had cracked. Used a thick mix of acetone and dissolved ABS to glue the mesh into the ABS sheet. Seemed to work fine, the rest will come in handy someday.
