I bought this to save me carrying heavy books to and fro when I am teaching in the community. It has been brilliant. Just the right size-plenty of room for folders, laptop, charger and other bits and bobs. It wheels well and I do not find the wheels noisy. I am sure this was a good investment. In comparison with the Samsonite products, this was also a very good price.

So far I've been very impressed with this case. My last case like this gave up the ghost after an impressive five years of continual use, so I'm hoping for the same from this one. I'm optimistic as it's well made and has accommodated all my training materials, with the bonus of a laptop section reducing the number of bags I need to remember.

I use it almost every day with heavy stuff loaded, it's been great for a good 15 months. But I somehow break the telescopic handle as picture shown

Unfortunately, the durability has failed on me after just 8 months of use. Very disappointed and did not expect any issues less than a year old! The handle used to wheel it around has broken apart beyond repair. The plastics cannot take the strain required to use this as a daily workbag. I can no longer use this bag for its intended purpose so having to look elsewhere and hoping for a refund.

I bought this roller bag for my son so that it's easier when he works away for one or two nights. It looked very good with different compartments for laptop, paperwork etc. Unfortunately I've sent it back as my son wanted more space in the compartment for clothes. Might I just add that it was very easy to send back and no quibble with a refund.

This product has saved my life and my back. I am only in the office 1 day a week - rest of the week out visiting organisations. This product means that I can take my laptop, files and materials without breaking my back. It is a great design with multiple compartments which have been well thought out. Looks good. Amazed at how much fits in it too which is important for me. I can carry files on several different projects and work on them while out. A4 stuff fits in with loads of room to spare. If you put a lot in it like me it is easy to access the materials because the zips for each compartment go a long way down each side allowing you to open the compartment right up. Excellent design, good looking, works well. Highly recommend. I have only been using it for 2 weeks so I cant comment on durability.

Been using this for about 2 months now and it's fantastic. I was looking for something that could be used for uni due to a back and leg issue so I didnt have to carry my books and laptop around. It's fantastic it has loads of room in it for my large books aswell as laptop which is protected well and space for charger and pencil cases aswell as any paper work that I need with me. It handles brilliantly and is great for getting around on public transport. It also fairs well against the weather as I've had to use it in the rain aswell and not had any issues. Lots of pockets which is great for me for organisation. It is big but that's what I needed it for. Would highly recommend

It seems well enough made but my 17 inch HP laptop does not fit in the padded section of the bag, so even though it fits in the bag, it is not protected.
