Great for incline squats!!!
Runners, bulletproof your knees with these badboys!!! Unfortunately the squats aren't included :)

Not non slip at all
They seem to work for calf raises or squats but they’re really not non-slip.

Very slippery and dangerous to use
Do not buy these, they are extremely slippery even when used on a grippy surface or on top of a towel. The build quality and material used is very cheap and nasty, not worth the money.
