I love this product...I got two camera on my dash cam and this battery pack help dash cam recorder 8 while my car ignition off wherever I parking and recharge very quick when ignition is on only drive for 15 minutes the battery up to 50%, amazing

Purchased this to go with my Blackvue Car Camera for parking mode but failed just over a month .I did work as expected to start with but then I noticed it would power camera until about 30 minutes into the journey which is no good then completely stopped. Also as out the eligible return date you have to send back Amazon repairs and pay the cost of postage which you do get back but will have to wait 14 days to get a new repaired one . Should have brought from Blackvue or Halfords as was told they get a RMA code from Blackvue and exchange it So I have no parking mode facility on my camera till it hopefully returns

Working time it is 4-5 hr, after night, when battery is dead and I starting my engine, not every time dash cam turns automatically, all the time When I starting car I need check, dash cam started or not. When dash cam is connected to lighter socket, I never had this problem. Now worth it. On the eBay I found better one, and working time it is longer.

Charges up pretty fast while driving. Allows you to use the dash cam parking mode while your car is switched off. The Android app for the unit doesn't seem to work, which is suppose to show you how much charge is left.The down side is the price, as it is very expensive.

The product seems well built and ticked the import requirement of having lifepo4 batteries which are safer that the li batteries used in power banks.Although my dashcams (Garmin mini 2) have option of parking mode, I don't feel the need to use the mode all the time. I have this situated in my centre console so I can plug/unplug the cameras when needed. It's nice to be able to leave them plugged in on occasions when my car is parked on the street or in a carpark, but I rarely leave them on overnight. When I have left them on overnight, the battery has had plenty of charge the next day and the cameras have still been recording.It charges my phone quicker than my in-car usb does, so this has been a nice perk.

I purchased this to give the extra time while unattended public parking. The battery pack lasts about 6 hrs after locking the car with a 1 hr charging while driving. The luxury of not needing it on all the time at home or work, so it works for me. If you need it on 24:7 then the longer lasting pack is best, this one works well for me and was super easy to install.

I have been using this for a few months now with the 2CH DR900x dash cam. It's a great battery pack for the price. I have been getting about 5hrs of parking mode recording time on a full charge. However it does take a while to fully charger and my short journeys of about 15-20 min only give enough charger for 1hr 30min to 2hrs of recording time. If this was used with a single dash cam then this would be a perfect budget option. If you are like me and only do shorter journeys then I'd say spend a little more and go for the B-124X version and hard wire it.
