Great product quilty great pain relief helped with my sprained ankle good for cool compression or warm easy to use flexible and easy to use stays cold or hot for around 2 hours

These are brilliant having broken my foot I was able to wrap these around my foot and with the tape the ice pack stayed where it was, definitely recommend

Item is well made and is effective. I purchased to wrap round my waist to treat lower back pain but the strap isn’t sufficiently long so I have to hold it or tuck it in my belt. I have a 36” waist.

Had these before so were a renewed due to age related damage, love them & perfect for hot & cold packs

Perfect to wrap around the ankle. The velcro is good quality and doesn't come off and it does stay put. It retains the cold for a long time and is easy to put on. Quick tip, don't freeze it too cold otherwise it's hard to wrap

Excellent purchase if you need the ice packs to stay curved to your arm/leg while resting. Activity is limited, as the elastic isn't adequate enough to keep them in position, but the perfectly sized fabric sleeves alone are so useful, as they remove the need to find a cover to shield your skin from the ice pack itself. The thickness is perfect for the job and the ice packs slide in and out effortlessly. Also, the ice packs stay flat and do not slip around inside the sleeves. One star lost because the elastic often folds to resemble a thin string that can cut into flesh and restrict blood flow. The ice packs also fall through if you need to walk, as the touch fastening is only a tiny square at the very end of the elastic. For example, if you have this around your calf, it will slip to your ankle after a few paces. Even so, I would recommend this item. You get a very useful sleeve with each ice pack and this brand has been always been my choice. I already have a few that are YEARS old and still freezing and thawing as good as new.

Unfortunately one of the packs has split at the end seal on heating within a couple of days

Excelente producto. Vienen dos bolsas de gel y dos bolsas de tela que sirven para colocar dentro las de gel. Lo compramos para los dolores de cabeza intensos, sufro migrañas y cuando empieza el brote es un alivio ponerse hielo o este producto bien frío sobre la sien. Elegimos este pack porque vienen dos bolsas de gel, de manera que cuando se acaba el frío del gel de una bolsa, la ponemos de vuelta en el congelador y utilizamos la otra. De esta forma, siempre tenemos una de los dos bolsas bien fría y lista para usar. También va muy bien para cualquier tipo de lesión o molestias habituales en articulaciones. Tiene muy buen agarre, con velcro, y se adapta perfectamente a cualquier zona del cuerpo. El tamaño es ideal porque abarca bien la zona afectada. Tanto las bolsas de gel como las de tela (que sirven para contener las de gel) son de buena calidad y se ven resistentes. Es una excelente compra si quieres evitar la típica bolsa de guisantes o el hielo. Es práctico, no ocupa mucho espacio, así que también puedes llevártelo en la maleta cuando vas de viaje. Yo al menos, que sufro migrañas de forma frecuente me lo llevo a todos lados. Como dato interesante de este producto, se puede utilizar tanto con frío como con calor, aunque con calor no lo hemos probado.

Por su tamaño son muy polivalentes, te las puedes poner en cualquier sitio, vienen muy bien para las rodillas por ejemplo. con la bolsa que trae no te quema la piel. Es una de esas cosas que siempre hay que tener en casa para cuando haga falta. Yo las tengo siempre metidas en el congelador, porque nunca se sabe, y cuando realmente te hace falta por una urgencia, pie torcido o algo parecido, no vas a esperar que se hielen.... El frio dura bastante, lo justo para poder ir intercambiando las dos. No las he usado con calor pero supongo que tambien iran bien como bolsa de agua caliente.
