Let's discussThese chews certainly hit the mark. And by "mark" I mean the topping up of glycogen stores whence depleted as the result of a high volume of activity.I believe it was Geoffrey D. So I think the summary of his argument is to face in the right direction and keep on walking.What does any of that have to do with these chews? Absolutely nothing. But isn't that the point? Free your mindTo conclude, this is a chew for the prince and the pauper. Unless that prince is Prince Andrew. He is not allowed these gels. Not by law - I'm not a high court judge. But if I were, I would try to dissuade Prince Andrew from consuming these gels through means of legislature. But look, it's not necessarily my battle to fight.What I am trying to say is that these gels really did serve me well during the three ultra marathons i ran this year. Did I win them all? Yes. Bought these for my marathon training and they taste really nice and are easy to chew. No belly troubles either. I pre-packed them into little sealable bags as they're a little bit tricky to get out of the wrapper while running.

I normally use Gels which do a pretty good job however, I am usually left with sticky hands and pocket when I put the empty contents back into my shorts while I constantly look for the next bin.These are easy to use just pop in your mouth and chew. The worry was maintaining a speed while chewing and I know this isn't for everyone however, I had no real issues here.The flavours are nice enough but I did find them over chewy and they ended up sticking to my teeth.The fact they are small and less messy makes them a win for me over gels. I had no stomach issues and only took 2 during a half marathon.

Love these Bloks, Allways get you out of a energy slump when you're on the go. I use these for riding my bike. Allways get a few more miles out of my tired old carcase.

Very nice flavours found them easy to use used them for running for refueling during training and for a recent event and they do give you that boost of energy when you need it so would recommend to friends and family

These give a good energy boost for longer rides and are easy to chew, even when thirsty. I have had no issues with upset stomachs, which I understand is a possibility with gels. Flavours are pretty good too!

Found these bloks worked great bit hard to chew .

These are fab. Gives me instant energy and they taste really good. I would definitely recommend these
