Great Product
Purchased for my son for college. For what he needs this for its perfect. He uses it for Word, Excel, and general web browsing. I have a far more expensive laptop and in truth, I use it for the same things he does so unless you want an expensive gaming laptop this product would satisfy most people who in reality just web brose or watch Netflix.

I love, love, love it. This laptop is light weight, slim, and fits perfectly in my handbag. Not so sure about the battery life though. That needs a bit more assessment. Otherwise, it’s perfect. It came brand new with zero defects.

extremely disappointing
I purchased this laptop for a relative who's laptop was outdated and running very slowly. They only use the laptop to store photos and use documents and thinking this would be an upgrade for them however after getting them set up with their login account we very quickly noticed that the laptop lags so much and takes forever to load anything taking between 5-15 minutes just to load the login home screen and even after logging in it takes just as long to open any folders, had it for about a month and still have no been able to properly use it as every time it is turned on it just takes too long to login and load anything. I would not recommend purchasing this laptop to anyone.
