I'm in the process of recovering from bursitis (tennis elbow). The elbow is painful if knocked only slightly and support seems to aide recovery by providing protection, some compression and warmth to the joint. I have tried a number of supports from tubular 'bandage' to neoprene sleeves which do the job to some degree. I have found that the best support for me, however, is a wrap around, velcro fastened one which does not cover too much of the arm. This Bracco Breathable elbow support meets all these requirements for me. It is reasonably priced, compared with similar products, easy to fit and comfortable (one size fits all) and is easy to wash and dry. It protects and supports the elbow without restricting movement. Ordered through from Comfytopia through Amazon Prime it was with me the next day, post and packaging free. Excellent product and service.

Brought this after spraining my elbow and got it as my sling is not been providing the correct support. It's been really good for allowing me to use my elbow and have a good range of motion. It can be a bit fiddly to put on when your on your own but it's definitely worth the hassle for the amount of support it gives you.

Purchased this in a bid to help the recovery of an elbow/forearm injury and relieve pain while weight training. It offers medium support and can compress further, based on the circumference of your forearms and triceps. The product itself is fantastic, very well constructed and robust, yet isn’t rigid. You can flex your elbow pretty well even when it is quite tight. The one size fits all is what I as after as this is the first time I have used a product of this nature for training. So I didn’t want to go through the rigmarole of trying different sizes and sending back to amazon etc. The entire outside of the sleeve is female velcro with two tabs of male velcro neoprene (as per the product picture). The stitching seems sufficient and there is no loose polymer strands anywhere. There is no irritating material in contact with the skin at all, so is very comfortable. The inside of the sleeve is perforated neoprene so in contact with your skin it isn’t going to suffocate your arm but will insulate it as you train. Also with the give of the material when training and the pump in your forearm/tricep it is still going to allow some flex. It isn’t massively bulky either so doesn’t feel uncomfortable to wear.

Soft and comfortable to wear, does tend to move, not sure if I've got it tight enough, not really helping with my elbow problem.

Been using this as I have been getting pain in my right tricep where it connects to my elbow joint after some heavy weightlifting sessions. I primarily use this when I sleep or in the evenings to try and improve recovery in my arm. The support seems to reduce the pain I get from general day to day activities. I find that the next day my triceps are "better rested" and I can hit the gym again with less pain. I have used this on and off for many months now. The build quality has held up well considering I have been quite rough on the product. The only damage is a few threads coming out and the logo coming off. Despite this it works well and still feels tight and secure. I tend to pull it off in my sleep in weird ways which is what damaged the product, rather than it being due to poor materials/design. You can probably wear this to work or even in the gym although I would not recommend it as it may be uncomfortable under a suit or covered in sweat. My personal preference is at home since it does need adjusting every so often so that it sits on ym elbow correctly. I would buy this product again and highly recommend it.

I suffer with the odd bout of menopause aching joints and this comes in handy to strap up my elbows. Pink colours handy as I can find it during the night :) It's comfy to wear - some are quite stiff, this one isn't, you can still bend your elbow.

I bought this as I liked the neutral (pink!) colour I found the internal 'sleeve' meant I couldn't tighten it enough for my arm (which is quite slim) so I cut it out. I'm sure others won't need to do this. I loosely fasten the velcro strips to place it on my arm and then adjust them once in position. I like the way you can adjust above and below the elbow separately for the most comfortable fit. It gives good support - and I like the way there are no buckles which can dig into your arm.

I got tennis elbow from swimming. This brilliant bit of kit has enabled me to continue swimming pain -free (so long as I don’t pull hard with the affected arm). I’m not sure if it’s meant for swimming but it works for me!

I suffer from tremendous pain in my left elbow, this brace really seems to help. It is lightweight, fits great, I think the Velcro could be a little stronger but it does stay on nicely. The pink is a great color

I've bought this elbow support due to having developed "tennis elbow" by playing sports. I decided to purchase this elbow support to alleviate the pain and help in the recovery process. I have given it 2 stars, just because of the fact that the elbow support does in fact alleviate the pain while strapped on. However, that is the only positives I can say about the product. I found the elbow support to be very uncomfortable to use and the tiny holes on the inside made for ventilation does trap the skin and makes it really itchy if used for over an hour. Also the design of 2 straps to secure the elbow support is flawed, it is hard to put it on properly by yourself and also when bending the elbow, the 2 straps overlap causing it to restrict blood flow as it gets quite tight. After 2 weeks of use I decided to stop using it. I'll be looking for a better elbow support that does the job and is comfortable to use for a longer period of time without causing discomfort and itchiness. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product to others. There are better options out there for similar or even cheaper prices.
