Spider Killer Spray. I had a severe problem with those spiders with tiny bodies and long legs, known as Cellar Spiders. No matter how thorough I was with vacuuming them up from behind and under furniture, curtains etc more would appear the next day. I sealed as many holes up around pipes from the roof and that came up through the floor but they just reappeared as if supplied by an endless stream of them. I tried this spray. I blitzed the whole house. I took kickboards off the kitchen units and sprayed under and behind. I even went in the loft and under the suspended floor and sprayed. All rooms were thoroughly sprayed behind, under and around furniture, curtains, every nook and cranny, I sprayed everywhere !! Some fly sprays have a strong odour but this spray's smell is barely noticeable. I am a convert to this spray. I have seen the odd one but they seem dopey and are soon finished off. I have not seen anything like the number I used to get. I think it unlikely that I can kill every last one but this spray has really done a fantastic job at knocking them for six and I will be spraying regularly just to make sure. Buying the multipacks works out cheaper and you will be surprised how many you will need if you are going to spray everywhere like me. I will definitely be reordering. Big thumbs up from me.

In my experience this absolutely works, but spray it according to the spider size. For the bigger and more meaty spiders you'll need to give a good constant burst of spray, as they'll hang on, be a bit patient because it takes a few seconds for it to work on the big ones especially, even when they drop, they may slowly crawl on the surface before departing this earth! I don't want anything to suffer so I'll squish it if it's still fighting. It gets the job done with a limited amount of suffering as possible. The spray smell isn't unpleasant, but open a window before spraying if you can and try not to breathe it in yourself for obvious reasons. Remember to wash your hands thoroughly after use. If used in the kitchen or a table surface make sure you clean the surfaces down too. I do always feel guilty afterwards, so I'll bless the spider. However, I do blamelessly justify myself by thinking "well everything has and is a predator and if I didn't get it a bird or cat would kill it anyway". Spiders kill and eat our pollenators, so I resent them for that too. If they don't want to get zapped they shouldn't venture in my home like thieves in the night! There is a woodland at the bottom of our garden, so we get a fair few spiders, mosquitoes and midges, we fitted midge screens to all our windows, which stop spiders as well from getting in that way, but spiders will still get in through crevices in a house elsewhere of course! Although some people say they vacuum them up or use a spider catcher to get rid of them and put them back outside, this doesn't eradicate them because they can escape the vacuum and will soon return to your house. I do love all wildlife/nature, as long as it stays outside my home! Except I've never liked spiders but will leave and respect them outside, but if they dare venture into my home and if my husband isn't available to put them out. I will say sorry to them first and then without any further hesitation, fetch this spray and they're history. The spray itself is good value for money, as you get 3 cans for the price. It's brilliant and effective and I personally highly recommend it for getting rid of spiders for good!

This is the second time i have bought these, especially good for spider season. They are a good price and do the job. I have to say these are a last resort as ideally I like to catch the spider in a glass and put it outside. But I do have a fear of them so sometimes if they are in awkward positions or I think I may lose them and never sleep again, lol, I have used this. It does kill them but you have to use quite a lot and they can take a while to die which I don't like. I keep the can on the side hoping to deter spiders that way, ha ha! But I also use it to spray in areas where they have been or around doors/windows where they may enter. It will be better if they make one that either kills them quicker or freezes them so you can catch them and release them outside.
