Great piece of building set
My grandson loves this building kit.

Good starter set
The kit is exactly as described. It was disappointing that there is not enough wood to make all the models shown on the box. It wasn't obvious there are instructions on YouTube. Shame there's none in the box. The little hand is a very good idea, the tacks are not long enough. The vice could be better and hammer looks very cheaply made. However all said our grandson loves it and it's been a good bonding hobby.

Worth every penny
I did think it was over priced but actually I think it’s worth every penny. My son is 6 and is diy crazy. He managed great, he only need a small amount of help but he builds/uses tools all the time

Good idea but could be better
I bought this for my 4 year old son who loves copying Daddy with his tool. He was beside himself with excitement when he saw it; a real hammer and real nails! Eagerly, we got it out and attempted to make a table. This is where the review goes downhill. The wood is just too hard, the nails not strong enough. Even Daddy struggled to get the nails in. Many were bent and a few swear words were uttered under our breath! The hand that holds the nails was useless because, in order to get the nails in, a much tighter grip was needed. Suh a shame because with softer wood and stronger nails and this would be a lovely set.

Essential for any would be Carpenter
We got this for our 4 year old Granddaughter as her Daddy is building an extension and she loves to help him (at a safe distance). Obviously being only 4 she is supervised constantly when using this but she's a very sensible 4 year old and (fingers crossed) no mishaps have happened.

Good in theory but difficult and not suitable for adults, let alone children
I know its meant for 5+ but I bought this for my 2.5yr old as he loves to use a hammer and nails. To start with there were no instructions, we had to go off the pictures on the box and couldn't make out if we had all the pieces for each item. It was very difficult to hammer nails in even for the adults, the wood was too hard and it kept splitting and glue not holding pieces. Managed to build a few things but too hours
