Reasonably priced, decent images, good connectivity
I had bought a trail cam (diff brand bought on amazon) 5 years ago that was such a bad product that didn’t want to buy another with so many products to available. I remember distinctly customer service for the other company kept telling me to buy more batteries and that the reason the camera wasn’t working was bc of bad batteries. Finally I was done. FF 5 years and I bought this trail cam and used the same batteries since I had a shitload left over from the last camera 5 years ago. Menu started up fine, connected to WiFi no problems, not great but decent still images. I might be able to improve image by tweaking the parameters, but I haven’t done that yet. Good camera for the price.

Better than alternatives
I recently bought another cheaper brand of wifi trail cam for my dad, and found the GardePro to be much better. The wifi range is better since it has an antenna (but don't expect to be able to use it fro hundreds of feet away, more like 30 ft). The app is better, I think, since it allows you to easily pinch and zoom in. The quality of the plastic is better and I appreciate the cammo pattern. I would upload a video but so far just got a racoon, squirrel, and a few birds but anyway I think the video and motion sensing is fine.

Camera's Pretty Good At Least
This trail camera is pretty solid overall. the image QUALITY is really impressive, especially for wildlife monitoring. I've been able to capture some fantastic photos and videos of deer and coyotes in my area. (Once even caught a raccoon stealing my trash, little rascal) The camera's 48MP still images and 1296P HD videos are more than enough for most people's needs. It has a wide-angle lens too, which is useful if you want to monitor a larger area at once. While the image quality is great, the Wi-Fi connection can be a bit spotty sometimes, especially when I'm further away from the camera. It took me about an hour to get it connected the first time because there was some weird interference with my neighbor's microwave or something (who knows). Overall though, the connection has been decent for most of the time. The app is easy enough to use too, which makes checking on the camera and downloading photos a breeze once you finally connect. Just be prepared for a little bit of frustration when setting it up at first.

Not that reliable
The Wi-Fi works great, but it's not reliable at capturing animals, really good at capturing giant things like the bobcat, tractors Etc but doesn't seem to notice animals. Tried setting the sensitivity to high and it took a ridiculous amount of pictures of nothing. Night pictures are useless. If I had to do it all over again I would spend more and get a better one. Image quality is good, but as mentioned it's unreliable. Have walked past it several times and it only takes an occasional picture of me.

Great bargain!
It’s a great bargain for what it can do. I have to say I am surprised by this trail camera’s capabilities. Setup was quite easy. I got it going without even reading the instructions. Of course, I did read the instructions to learn all of its features. The motion detection is phenomenal. People might be disappointed by the fact that the WiFi feature does not give access to the camera from anywhere in the world just because you have internet. For you to be able to access the camera, Bluetooth must also work. That means you have to be in Bluetooth range to access the camera. It’s how it’s designed. It’s a great alternative to hooking it up by USB cable and connecting it a computer.

Great Bluetooth range!
I was amazed at the Bluetooth distance on this camera. I have it in my RV, which is made of aluminum, and from my family room, about 50-60 feet away, I am able to access the camera to activate the WiFi. The rest of the camera seems to work great also. I particularly like the software, especially as compared to other brands of cameras. Another great feature is the port on the bottom of the camera to power the camera with a 12v source, and not have to rely on batteries. I may in the future add rechargeable batteries and a solar panel, when not able to use a 12v source. All in all a nice camera at a great price.

Works Great
Placed this in attic with a squirrel trap. Was able to wirelessly look at video to see if any were in trap instead of having to crawl up in attic to check. This was amazing since it's a hassle to climb into the attic. Everything on this camera has worked perfectly and is more user friendly then the older game camera I have.

Great product BUT won't motion-trigger
It's been over a year now since we bought this. The video quality is superb, but we STILL have not gotten it to motion-trigger. Support does reply, but the suggestions lead to no improvement. It's a great design, and has an incredibly well design user interface. One does have to be pretty close (like 10') to connect cell phone to its wifi. We were hoping to have it use our house wifi, but could never get that to work. It's a "brick" for us.
