Very much enjoyed it. It all makes total sense. Very practical. Very good in my view. In fact I bought it twice, one on kindle and also on paper for good measure.

I will read this book numerous times. I love that it explains human psychology and imdepth about why certain techniques work. This helps reinforce the neccesity to use it. I have noticed the quality of my sales calls increasimg while reading this. To fully absorb this immense book i will read it again amd again to every technique is deeply rooted in my subconcious

Such an epic book! Learnt so many great things from this book. Really easy to understand, some parts are a little to indepth especially with having such a small business, but loving this book overall!

Great explanation on how to tap into the emotional quotient when selling ... a gentle approach to a very important aspect of business - if you're in sales, buy it!
