Cura-Heat Back Pain MAX Size 2 Patches

As somebody who suffers with bad backs I have to say the Cura Heat patches are for me at least the best on the market. They provide pretty instant relief and last well for a few hours. Def won’t worth giving a go if like me you tried lots of other brands with limited results, these give out some good heat and relief.

I repurchases every month I suffer with extremely painful periods. I have prescription strength painkillers from the doctor every month because they are so bad. These have been a lifesaver they literally last all day. I don’t know what I do without them. They really help with cramps and make them more bearable would recommend to anyone, they were really reasonably priced and often on offer so I stock up when I can

Bought for my daughter, she finds these get a bit too warm on her tummy, However I have used them on my lower back and they work really well They stay on for as long as needed and provided me with comfort for hours

I was reluctant about trying heat pads that you don't stick straight onto your skin because I thought they'd slide about and fall off; but, with a tendency for eczema across my entire back, I decided to give them a whirl as other products were making me itch horribly. Yes, you need a fairly thin, close-fitting garment for them to dish out the best heat efficacy and you get a couple of goes to make sure the pad's in the right place before making it stick. They don't damage or mark clothes and they stay put or can be changed to another garment, without quibble, until *you* decide it's time for removal. My routine is that I swap to a new one in the morning, having slept utilising the remaining benefits of the one that's been in place for around 16 hours or more. (Yes, yes — I *know* this goes against the instructions but I've had no problems doing this.) I've even been naughty and placed an exhausted pad on the lid of the boiling hob on the Aga for a couple of minutes to get a bit more oomph out of the heat. For travellers, a useful feature is that I've sailed through security many times now without a problem or being made to remove the pad first, and always take spares in my hand luggage in case someone asks the question. Even the TSA didn't turn a hair, which surprised me. There is no skin irritation whatsoever. A very good product.

They’re good heat pads, good size, stickiness etc, however they don’t seem to heat up much. It depends on yeast you like but for me not very hot and therefore didn’t ease pain much.

My mum has a bad knee and she said this helped alleviate pain.. but she said you can only wear when moving about

I couldn't find the knee wraps in my local supermarket so I bought the neck ones thinking I could just stick them to the side of my knees but alas no, as they shouldn't be stuck directly to skin?🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Ordered two packs of knee wraps plus a refill pack as I have 2 dodgy knees, sat back & eagerly awaited the delivery in the hope of some pain relief. Alas, still No. I neglected to read the packaging closely enough & didn't notice the bit on the front where it says that the max limb girth is 44cm but my fat thighs are definitely larger than this. Never mind I thought. Hubby has a dodgy knee too & has smaller limbs than me so we had a measure & found that his lower thigh clocked in at about 44cm so we slapped one on him. The wrap seemed very snug & I was sceptical about it's staying power so I marked his leg to show where the top of the wrap came to. So, 30 mins later I checked in with him to see how he was doing & the wrap was no-where near it's original placing which then meant that the heat pad was in completely the wrong place and did nothing for his knee pain. It seemed a bit odd that it had crept down quite so much so I had a look at the average knee & thigh measurements of a different product for comparison & it indicates that a 44cm girth at the knee is a large but a 44cm girth at lower thigh is an X-small. So, who knows what the 44cm limb girth is actually referring to 🤷🏻‍♀️ The level of heat from the pad is woefully insufficient through any material & unless it is held onto the skin, it does absolutely nothing for pain but the instructions of all products state that they should not be applied directly to the skin. So the wrap is rubbish, the refills are pointless without the wrap & the heat level of the pads are insufficient to do anything for pain.

These are great for my teenage daughter who really struggles with pain. Very discreet and last well.
