Perfect for Dhal…
Very nice lentils. I use these for Dahl recipes. Use 1.6 litres of water to 500g of Lentils. In a pressure cooker. Bring up to pressure for 5-10 minutes. Then natural release. Nice soupy, mushy consistency. You can always add water at this point, if required. If cooking without pressure probably 20-30 minutes. I don’t know. The main thing is they are organic and healthy.👍

Very reliable
I have used this brand for the last couple of years, excellent quality and melt easily into soups stews and a vegetable Dahl which I make regularly

Tasty and creamy lentils but a bit pricy
These cooked like a dream in the pressure cooker. Good to know that they are organic and come in a fully compost-able bag. One star removed because of the price. I guess all manufacturers/online grocery suppliers are trying to cash in on the lockdown situation...

I struggle to find organic food where I live. So it is lovely to be able to order organic lentils, which really are a staple of my diet. These are good quality and the price isn't bad for being organic. I'm very happy with the consistent good quality and am a repeat customer.

Excellent red lentils. Perfect for adding to soups (in the winter)
I love making soup, in the winter and these give flavour and thickness. Also, lentil bake is good and can be eaten hot or cold. Better than soup for summer!

Wer hätte gedacht, dass kleine rote Körnchen so viel Freude in die Küche bringen können? Diese roten Linsen haben mein Leben verändert – oder zumindest mein Mittagessen. Egal ob Suppe, Curry, Auflauf oder spontanes „Was-hab-ich-denn-noch-im-Schrank?“-Gericht – sie passen überall dazu und tun so, als hätten sie nie etwas anderes gemacht! Der Geschmack? Einfach himmlisch – mild, nussig, und trotzdem so präsent, dass man sie liebt, selbst wenn man sie aus Versehen zu lange kocht (was natürlich *nie* vorkommt). Außerdem: Kein Einweichen, kein Warten, sofortiger Linsenglück-Express!
