Imitation rubbish
It should be illegal to use the word Shaoxing in the name of this "wine". Look carefully at the ingredients ladies and gents, this is a frankenstein of an abomination that mixes ethanol, flavourings and preservatives, made in the Netherlands! Absolutely ridiculous. If you want real Shaoxing wine without the nasty salt, make sure it's imported from the ancient water city and villages of Shaoxing, China. Beware of subpar imitations from the province of Taiwan as well.
