The package came sealed and the capsules have no unpleasant taste or odor that I have come to associate with certain fish oil supplements. With supplements of course it is very difficult to ascertain whether or not they have any effect. And I believe people that say otherwise our fooling themselves. But I know that omega-3s are important and so I’ve been taking supplements a very kind for years. I lack a laboratory to measure the effectiveness or the claims made about the absorption. I can only say that I have taken these supplements and have suffered no adverse effects from them. And for what I can tell they appear to be legitimate. There’s also a label where it claims to have been certified by a third-party GMP compliance. I looked up the registration on the NFS website and they are indeed registered. So this is very promising. There’s a weird thing on the label that specifically states they should not be sold on Amazon or other third-party sites. Just mentioning. This contains much less active ingredient than other competitive supplements but it claims that you don’t need as much because it has a much higher absorption rate. I can’t speak to that but it will be interesting to see the supply last that much longer. I’ll let everyone know if I see any difference. $40 for a two month supply is reasonable as you get 60 capsules and they’re only supposed to take one daily
