That is because this product isn't for charging a watch, and doesn't even say anything about charging anything else besides phones. This "wireless charger" was clearly designed to work with holding your headphones and charge your phone as it shows in its images. Also your phone if it is a s10 or higher has a setting to charge any galaxy watch on its own by sitting the watch on top of it.
