Better value than the Sakura variety which came dried up. Quality and drawing ability is good, nice deep black colour with fine nibs.

I never write reviews normally. But these staedtler fineliner pens are the best fineliners Ive ever used. They are better than micron pens and are also waterproof. Thank you. :-)

I’m a bit biased. I’ve used Staedler products for years and have never been disappointed. These are no exception and the range from 0.05 to chisel-tip is the best out there.

Excellent product in terms of quality, the way the tip glides smoothly over all kinds of paper, I totally adore these. I do however feel that it is slightly lighter shade of black than Micron or Brustro technical pens.

As I’m taking a drawing class this fall the teacher insisted upon a number of different drawing tool especially permanent markers of various nib widths. For value and range this collection can’t be beaten. Strong line and ink production and the pen can be left uncapped for several hours without drying out. Finally the packaging opens up into a legged support. Great item for drawing.

When it comes to most art supplies, especially pens, you get what you pay for. These are fantastic. No smudging, quick dry, and comfortable to hold. As with all fine liners, don’t press down too hard. All these need is to touch the paper and be guided by your hands. Voila! Don’t bother with the cheap versions, they are cheap for a reason!
