I can't say enough great things about my Aera! The scent capsules last so long, making it a great investment. The fragrances are absolutely gorgeous and give off a luxurious vibe that fills my entire space. It’s definitely better than any candles, plug-ins, or diffusers I’ve tried before. Every time someone walks into my home, they mention how fresh and inviting it smells. Of course I have my Aera to thank. The packaging it came in was well designed and came with a set up pamphlet. I was surprised to see they gift 4 free mini fragrances to test out; such a nice touch. I’ll definitely be buying MoonDance! The machine is super easy to set up, and the app makes it even better. I love that I can set schedules and check how much fragrance is left from my phone. Overall, this is hands down the best fragrance device I've ever owned!

I researched many scent machines and decided on this one because it’s modern and small. It blends in with my modern beach home. I love the app!! I schedule the fragrance to only be on during waking hours. I read comments on here that it is too loud. I hear it in the main room, but it doesn’t bother me. It’s a little pricey, but considering the cost of candles and wax melts and other sprays that I don’t have to buy now, it’ll end up paying for itself. 👍👍

tl;dr - If you enjoy customer service that doesn't read your emails, products that don't work out of the box, and the faint scent of regret, Aera is the company for you. December 19th: Ordered a diffuser from their website. Website said 7-10 business days. Cool, hopefully it'll arrive by Christmas. At the very least, by New Year's. Narrator: It did not. January 5th: Still no shipping confirmation. Reached out to support. Their response? "Our warehouse was closed for the last few weeks. Want to cancel?" No apology, no ETA, no explanation for why this wasn't communicated anywhere on their website. No, I don't want to cancel... I just want to get the unit I ordered last month, Darron. Mid-January: Unit finally arrives. Doesn't work. I try every troubleshooting step. Nothing. I email asking for a refund and tell them "I'm ordering my replacement from Amazon because I don't trust your logistics". Their response? "Would you like to exchange it? Please provide the serial number." Did you even read my email, Cedrick? I order a second unit from Amazon because I've lost all faith. That one seems fine, but plot twist - turns out I accidentally bought a Mini capsule because Aera's product labeling is nearly identical between incompatible product lines. My fault? Sure. But also, maybe don't make your products look exactly the same? So I return the full-size, order a Mini to match the capsule I have. Mini arrives. Plug it in. LEDs start scrolling endlessly. Won't diffuse. And then - the cherry on top - the capsule starts LEAKING out the top. Three units. Two product lines. One leaking capsule. Zero working diffusers. A month of my life. And my apartment still doesn't smell like jasmine and wild thyme. I'm going back to candles.

This is a great diffuser! I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a sensitive nose looking to elevate their space. The aera is quiet and diffuses the scents really well throughout our living room, filling the whole space without being over powering. I love how I can control the schedule from my app so I’m never wasting scents. I also find that other diffuses make me sneeze while the aera doesn’t irritate my nose or allergies at all. It’s sleek and well-built, blending in well with our decor. Couldn’t go back to other diffusers now that I have the aera!

The unit itself is highly over priced, and while the cartridges have great scents they too are overpriced.

Love love so worth the money. I was nervous because it is expensive BUT with 4 dogs, fish, mice/rats. I dont want my home smelling like a zoo and the strong yet amazing smells from this product I am buying another. So happy I found this.

My husband and I are so impressed with Aera and how long lasting the scents are. It fills our space perfectly. I walked in the door tonight and commented on how good it smelt. I love how easy the app is to use as well. We just schedule it and don’t have to worry about it like we would a candle. It also allows you to see how much fragrance is left which I love! I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your home diffuser game from the typical plug in/ candle.

This is an expensive piece of clutter. It’s supposed to have a 60 day money back guarantee unless it was purchased anywhere but through the vendor site. Now I’m stuck with it. It’s turned on and off on its own and wasted scent. Also, it does not work with the Marriott hotel brands capsules. Disappointing purchase. Now I know why I saw them on Offer Up!

You know how everyone’s house has a smell? I’m very determined to make sure mine is clean and fresh but not offensively fragrant First, love the clean and sleek design. I have owned diffusers in the past, but none compares to this one. Because I can program this diffuser from my phone to turn on a few minutes before I return home I don't feel as if I am wasting product, and the cartridge will last much longer. Also, I can program how much scent to release, so I can create a subtle but noticeable fragrance, which is what I am looking for.

Impossible to connect to the app. Wifi not working. Useless piece of very expensive and noisy kit! Scent doesn't last as soon as you turn diffuser off. Do not recommend

I consider myself a tech savy, and I've never had such frustration with an electronic device. Connected and registered the diffuser. Two days later uh-oh your device is offline. Took another hour to connect the diffuser, it's either telling me WiFi password invalid, can't find the diffuser, or failed to register the diffuser to my account. When it finally connected and registered, everything goes back to the beginning in a few days. This thing simply sucks. Not to mention the schedule never worked from the beginning. If you still want to buy, DONT BUY THE WiFi version, it's more crappy then my dog's crap.

Great that it lasts as long as it does and the scent it comes with is beautiful it’s a shame that it doesn’t come with a tester that fits in the machine though for that price

This item does look and feel great. I didn't get as far as using the app, I returned it before I got that far. The reason? Noisy!! It's supposed to be relaxing and calming, but when it's doing what it's designed to do, eg. Dispensing perfume it sounds like a sex toy! You can also hear it over the TV or radio volume. Apart from the price for the machine itself the capsules are way overpriced. For a top of the range machine it's one fault was too much for me.
