Apple iPhone 13 Pro, 256GB, Gold - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

I have purchased refurb phones from Amazon in the past, but never a “certified renewed”. Note, the QR code for the “Amazon renewed certificate” in the box (see top right of photo) took me to a non-working website, which is a little disconcerting. Bought this renewed premium iPhone13 Pro 256GB after carefully researching various sellers. I selected a couple that I would purchase from, thoroughly checked out the seller’s reviews (Amazon being one of them) and watched for the model, color, and storage capacities I was willing to purchase from a seller with which I was comfortable. When this renewed phone from Amazon (as the seller) came up, I purchased it immediately. I’m very happy with the purchase. Phone quality was excellent. No issues with connectivity, setup, sound quality or charging ability. There were no visible scratches, and the battery shows to be at 99% capacity. It works flawlessly. It came with a non-Apple charging cord, but it seems to work just fine. I did note some kind of glue-type residue around the edges of the camera lenses, which I cleaned off with the moist cleaning wipe that came with the glass screen protector I purchased to fit on the phone. At present, it doesn’t appear to have affected anything operationally. Great value! I’m extremely happy with my purchase and got a trade in credit. I saved a couple hundred off the official manufacturer’s site for a certified refurb phone. Will update if anything changes!

Perfect iPhone. I'm using it as a secondary phone, however, this is and was my favorite iteration of iPhone. I had an iPhone 13 Pro Max which I had traded in for the iPhone 14 Pro Max and I hated that phone practically from the moment I got it. I hated it so much I eventually traded it too, and went with an Android device (One Plus). But I still missed my old iPhone 13 Pro Max. I opted for the iPhone 13 Pro this time and I love it to bits, so much so that I'm thinking of taking my main sim card out of my One Plus and putting it into this phone from time to time and just use it as my main driver. The phone came in what looks like BRAND NEW condition. No scratches or dings on the body whatsoever and best of all, 100% battery health. When considering a new phone, I can definitely recommend Amazon Renewed Premium for a great device.

I am very impressed. This is the first time buying a used phone and I was very skeptical, but I was really impressed. The phone was in perfect condition, no scratches and the battery life came at 94%. It is working quite well and I am pleased.

From the start, I raised concerns about the “unverified battery”, and they assured me it would be fine. It wasn’t. The battery died immediately—dropping from 100% to 0% within a few months time When I reached out, they were dismissive and never apologized or took any responsibility. Ok… weird. Whatever. They promised the phone would have an official Apple battery when repaired, but it clearly did not when I got it back after not having it a week. Also suddenly the microphone wasn’t working, and again, they ignored the problem and refused to acknowledge their mistakes just said, “ship it back across the country (ground shipping) again” They claim they didn’t inspect the phone because of a passcode, but never told me to remove the passcode or gave any warning (even though I did try to remove it before just in case on my own, but the phone wouldn’t stay on because of the corrupt battery!!”, Instead, they just shipped the faulty phone back across the country without any communication and after the fact said “oh there was a passcode” like hello?? Shouldn’t you have asked ahead of time or reached out regarding this ?? Flash forward when I returned the phone because I was fed up with all the issues. They accepted the return and then weeks later guess what I still didn’t get a refund. Had to go through Amazon and ultimately ended up filing a credit card dispute because the seller just completely ghosted me and stopped responding. It took over a month to get my money back. A complete nightmare. It’s one thing for things to go wrong. It’s another to treat customers like garbage. As someone who works in customer service, I know the basics: listen, apologize, and fix the problem. This seller did none of that. The whole communication left the worst taste in my mouth. Also, there’s no point getting the Amazon renewed premium phone because Amazon doesn’t honor their policy and you’ll just have to file a credit card dispute. Do not buy from this unprofessional seller. BUY THRU APPLE!!!

Review for 13 pro “renewed PREMIUM “ Phone seems to be totally functional, is cosmetically in great condition, no visible damage. My only complaint is that the battery is not new. I received it with 91% maximum capacity battery health. You actually pay extra for that “premium” condition to receive one above 90%. . You are not told if the phone has any replacement parts or if it has been repaired. I think this should be transparent. I feel at ease because of the generous 1 year window to return or replace. I haven’t read the fine print but I believe outside of physical damage you caused to the phone, you can exchange or return it if any problems arise. I feel like the screen isn’t as responsive and precise to touch and that the speaker is very quiet. My boyfriend has commented to me that he cannot hear me as well when I am using speakerphone to call him since I got the new phone. As far as the model I don’t see a gigantic difference between one and the 11 model. The battery might last slightly longer and the camera has better zoom capabilities. I think that the max brightness of the screen is a little brighter. The price I paid is very comparable and competitive with the big sites that sell refurbished phones. Definitely cheaper than Apple of course but when you buy their refurbished phones you get a new battery and guarantee it has all Apple parts.

Definitely recommend. Received mine with 100% battery life. Over two years now and still working great!

Muy bueno, con pila al 100%

Compré este teléfono hace más o menos 30 días y estoy muy contenta! Como primera observación quería comentar que hice una primera compra y el teléfono nunca llegó, se perdió el paquete o lo robaron, difícil saber. Pero me comuniqué directo a Amazon y me reembolsaron sin ningún problema. Me arriesgué a pedirlo nuevamente y esta vez llegó en el tiempo prometido. Viene en una cajita de Amazon renewed, el teléfono protegido con una mica provisional y cargador genérico nuevo. En teoría viene el ganchito removedor de SIM, pero no estaba en el paquete. En estética está casi perfecto, solo tiene una pequeña manchita en la parte trasera casi imperceptible, la pantalla sin rayones, no tiene golpes visibles. En cuanto a la batería me llegó con el 93%, y en dos semanas de uso bajó al 91%, no sé si le di un uso incorrecto, pero cuido de las recomendaciones y ya se ha mantenido así. Me hubiera encantado que llegara con mayor vida, pero igual está dentro del rango que promete la descripción. En cuanto a las cámaras por el momento todo OK, funcionan muy bien y la verdad si se siente el brinco a un iPhone Pro al ver la calidad de las imágenes. Seguiré probando y cualquier cosa extraña haré una actualización. Por el momento estoy muy contenta y si recomiendo mucho darle la oportunidad a este producto.

Al principio tenía mis dudas por ser reacondicionado pero me animé a comprarlo ya que cuenta con un año de garantía; en estética le doy un puntaje de 9.5/10, ya que presenta un pequeño detalle estético en la pantalla (rayón) que solo se nota si lo ves muy de cerca; por otra parte, la batería cuenta con un 98%, nada mal a mi punto de vista, en general todo funciona correctamente (cámara, audio etc). Cuenta con cargador y cable Lightning pero estos son genéricos, tal y como lo señalan en la descripción, por lo que yo opté por comprarlos originales, ya queda a criterio de cada quien cuál usar. Por último, el envío fue rápido llegó antes del tiempo establecido y muy bien protegido. En resumen vale la pena por la calidad-precio, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Hace un año había adquirido este mismo dispositivo pero en condición “excelente”, pero lo devolví debido a que la cámara en el zoom 3x mostraba estas pequeñas manchas negras. Nuevamente volví a comprarlo pero en condición “premium” y para mi mala suerte este tmb presenta estas mismas manchas pero menos notables en el 3x (al igual que golpes y pantalla rayada sin mica que no considero sea de un dispositivo premium). Más allá de esas manchas el teléfono funciona perfectamente y tiene la batería al 100%, aunque si afecta la experiencia de usuario.
