Alcatel 20.20 2.4" 80 g Sim Free Grey Senior phone (Renewed)

i have got this phone a few times now for my dad, not because they break but because he actually keeps loosing them. He is not computer literate at all not in the slightest so he needed something practical and easy to use. This phone is a good size, the buttons are bigger than your average phone. My dad literally uses it to answer and hang up so the red and green buttons are very clear for him to understand. The phone it's self is good quality, for an average person it is probably very easy to use, but for someone elder it maybe harder but everything is simple to find and labelled easily, the tone of the phone is loud and clear and the screen is also clear. I found this very simple for my dad to use, as I say great for elders who aren't electronic savvy. Good little phone and a very good price.

Bought on behalf of a third party. Phone looks ok but has virtually no operating instructions. The online user guide is 40 pages long so I won’t be printing that,

Ummmm where to begin? Creaking buttons, not in box, not "as new". Natty cheap power cable and charger. Oh yes. Old call logs on there, and nasty grainy old indecent photos on it!
