Love this product. Works very well with le cruset salt and pepper mills. Been using for a while now and the product s looks new.

I was looking for a dish or something to put out salt and pepper mills onto because every time we put the down, grains of milled salt or pepper would end up on the kitchen worktop. The Hevea Double Mill Salt & Pepper Rest is excellent quality, looks good, is a decent weight and is perfect for our requirement - very pleased with it.

Made from lovely material & great size for Le Creuset Salt & Pepper shakers but overall colour wasn’t what I wanted! Expected it to match the other Acacia items I have but seems a darker slightly reddish wood.

Just the job. Good quality. Still fine after few years!

Nice and simple and my new Russell Hobbs grinders (see link below for these) sit nicely on it. Attractive (and recommended) if you want to place your grinders on the dinner table for use by your guests and avoiding unsightly residue on the table. I have seen one review where someone stated that the mill rest was a bit big for their grinders but by design this mill rest has to be fairly generic (size-wise) to allow it be used with the variety of electronic and hand-powered mills available. You will only get a "snug fit" if you can buy a mill rest specifically made for your grinders.

I was getting sick of clearing up small piles of salt and pepper so I bought this to use with my Cole & Mason salt and pepper grinders - and it certainly does the job. I bought the Acacia version and I’m really happy with it. It has a nice rich colour and there is plenty of room around the mills. You’d be able to fill mills to a maximum diameter of 7cm before it gets uncomfortably tight to use. It’s great value for the price (doesn’t look like a cheap product). I would recommend the product.

Nicely produced , keeps your salt & pepper grinders neat & presentable and easily at hand for those bewitching moments of pure culinary genius - pepper on your ice cream , salt on your nuts. But be warned this could do with a quick coat of varnish or amazon clear spray craft lacquer 150 ml .For you don`t want to stain it with grease when bobby is using it as a luxury hand held nut examination tray.

This rest just works: It keeps the salt & pepper from drifting all over the table while radiating understated good looks. I wanted a rest that didn't try to be visually pushy or make a statement but that was simply civilized and functional. A rest that matched my salt & pepper mills. A rest with good taste... and the T&G Tuscany delivered.
