Okay the problems with rating vitamins or supplements is that it can be hard to ascertain, at least in the early days whether they are helping or not.That said I appreciate the fact that these don't cause reflux in the way other vit c does amd for that reason, at least for now I'm happy with them.

these are very good quality vitamins and help well to boost immune system

Very good for the money. If deficient in vit c though, I would recommend Liposomal. My immune system is good, so these are perfect
