My son needed some hand weights for physical therapy. These are just the right size. The velcro holds well and stays in place while working.Shipping was as expected.

These weighted gloves take my workouts to a new level! Just one pound each makes them “doable” without adding strenuous extra weight. The cardio aspect of lifting just one extra pound on each hand makes SUCH a difference! And the open inner hand design makes them breathable and not bulky. I’ve been recommending them to my friends at the gym!

Fits nice on my hands because I've small fingers ....but if you have large fingers.....forget it😕

These are super light and not really what I expected. After wearing for 30 minutes I actually started to feel a difference in my walk. I just wish they were heavier so I could feel resistance right off the bat. My advice if you're using them to add to your walk make a fist and curl arm up like your lifting a weight. This helped me activate my core during my walks and also increased my pace.

I like the way they were made. I don't like that can be ripped soon.

I just bought these last month and already they are broken! I’m a 5’1” female, 125 lbs- It’s not like I have hulk hands. I can’t contact the seller about such poor quality so I’m leaving a review. I wish I’d bought something else of better quality- these are trash.

they are very comfortable and the Velcro sticks well so it does not shake or come undone. Definitely worth the purchase for the extra training weight
