Started taking this as I've been dealing with long covid and black mold exposure. I went the "low and slow" route you are supposed to do when using binders like this, only taking 1/4 of the dose. Didn't notice anything after a few days so decided to up to 1/2 the recommended dose. Let's just say I spent a day and a half of relieving myself as it pulled everything out (including the bile). I've felt much more clear-headed and more energetic than I have in a really, really long time.

Update: have interrupted daily usage as I was diagnosed with (SIBO) small intestine bacterial overgrowth, and leaky gut (intestinal permeability). very expensive product. was recommended by a naturopath to help with chronic eczema but saw no impact after 2 months. drinking charcoal for long periods not recommended for chronic issues.

I’m using this while taking medication for a virus. I can tell if I miss a day because I feel nauseous without it. It’s a good quality product- specifically recommended by my doctor.

It's a great product since it cover mycotoxins detox across the board. However if you have a sulfur allergy then get the sensitive formula.
