Pricey but super cool how it absorbs water

I bought the white one, and considering it's meant to be stone, I was surprised at how light this was. After I looked at the site again, I realised it's actually made from recycled paper. This bath mat absorbed the water and had no musky smell. However, it gets dirty quickly, and my cleaner accidentally snapped a large part of the corner after only having it for two weeks. Overall, I think it's expensive for what it is.

Nice, easy to clean. Low profile so it is not getting caught under doors. Very absorbent, wicks water away rather quickly. I do wish it was slightly larger in size for the price.

I’ve had the Dorai stone bathmat for over a year, and while it looks sleek and modern at first, the charm fades fast. Within just a few uses, it begins to stain and show water spots—and over time, it basically becomes an ugly piece of stone. They include sandpaper for spot cleaning, which helps a bit, but you’ll spend more time sanding than relaxing. Even worse, the process creates a fine dust cloud all over your bathroom, which you then have to vacuum up. It’s more hassle than it’s worth. I wanted to love this mat—it does have a nice aesthetic initially—but it doesn’t weather well in everyday use. Eventually, you’re left with a dingy slab that’s lost its appeal. Bottom line: beautiful at first, but high maintenance. I wouldn’t buy it again, and I don’t recommend it.
