I bought this knee pillow after months of waking up with lower back and hip pain, and I honestly wish I had tried one sooner. I’m a side sleeper, and I never realized how much my alignment was affecting my sleep until I started using this. The pillow fits comfortably between my knees and stays in place throughout the night instead of sliding out or flattening. It’s firm enough to provide real support but still soft and comfortable, so it doesn’t feel like I’m sleeping with a block between my legs. After just a few nights, I noticed less stiffness in the morning, and now it’s something I genuinely can’t sleep without. It’s simple, well-made, and actually delivers on what it promises.

Using this pillow has controlled my leg pain, allowing me to fall asleep and stay asleep as much as possible. The design and contours are a perfect fit - works so much better than a bulky bed pillow. It's compact, comfortable and soft, but firm enough to do the job. The stretchy strap is a great idea and holds the pillow in place as you toss and turn. lol! Sometimes it makes a good neck-head pillow for reading in bed.

A few watch points: the foam can feel warm at times since it doesn’t have any cooling features, and the strap isn’t adjustable, which may be a limitation if you’re very particular about fit. It also takes a little getting used to—on the first night I found myself moving it around until I got comfortable. Bottom line: This knee pillow is a worthwhile, budget-friendly option if you’re a side sleeper with back, leg, or hip pain. It’s not a luxury version, but for under $20 it provides good support and helps improve sleep posture. If you want more customization (size, cooling, adjustable straps), you may need to spend more.

This leg/knee pillow has made sleeping on my side so much more comfortable. It keeps my legs aligned and takes pressure off my knees and hips. The cushion is soft but supportive and stays in place through the night. I wake up feeling more rested and less sore. Highly recommend for side sleepers.

For $10 this pillow does what is supposed to do. I don't know if it's me or the pillow, but I hate it. It's an odd shape to start, and the pic shows it between the legs with the wide part towards the hips. It makes it really uncomfortable. I've tried turning it around but that doesn't work either. I'm only 5'4" so maybe I'm too short for this particular pillow. I just need something to keep my knees from smashing together while sleeping. If I could return I probably would.

I got this because I recently lost a lot of weight and my knees are too knobby to sit on top of each other and it hurts my back. This pillow perfectly lines up my knees so that I can lie on my side again comfortably.

I wrote a review after using this knee pillow for one day, but I like it so much I decided to write a second review to tell everyone how comfortable it is. I made a homemade knee pillow using an airplane pillow inside a small pillowcase. It worked well at first but over time, it flattened out and wasn't as effective. Also, since it was flat, it didn't stay in place. The shape of Vertdens Knee pillow keeps it in place, even when you roll over.

So far so good. Only used one night, so not sure how much it will help with back pain. I do love the strap because I toss and turn a lot, and it stayed with me the entire night, plus it was not too tight. Will update after using longer. Update: Been using for a week or so now, and I absolutely love it. My back pain has decreased and I sleep fine with it now. I even bought another one for my husband! Highly recommend!

The pillow did not come with the strap as shown in the image and advertised....I am dissatisfied

Super prático e deu certinho. Chegou antes do prazo. Gostei muito.

Me gusta mucho que traiga una listón para asegurar el cojín entre las piernas y así no se cae ni se mueve, aunque uno cambie de posición. El cojín es muy útil para dormir de lado y descomprimir las vértebras. Verdaderamente uno descansa al usarlo cuando uno está recostado.
