My husband bought these for me. I am autistic. I've discovered I like fidgets that make noise. When you put two of these together and gently shake it they sound like a rain stick. Using one makes a clacking noise. Not overwhelmingly loud or high pitched. They articulate easily and are a little slippery, so they can slip out of your fingers if you aren't careful. It makes them seem alive. Lol. I have medium sized hands and I can barely get my fingers all the way around. The heads have prongs (eyes) to hold onto for shaking or spinning. My husband likes their movement so much he has claimed one for himself. We would definitely buy these again.
