It's properly pinned for HSD LVDS applications, which are designed such that B is the mirror image of A. The cable is properly labelled so that you know which end is which; as long as you pay attention to that you can easily use this as an extension for shorter proprietary runs. I used this one to run from a shorter OEM run at the rear camera on an E70 X5, it saved me hundreds (the 8.3m OEM is $400+), allowing me to buy a shorter $40 OEM geared for the mirrors at the proprietary camera connection, and then after fitting a female Fakra-Z socket case to the 'b' end of the OEM run, this cable filled the gap up to the TSRVC module under the driver's side dash. It was well-built, the socket case can be carefully removed on either end you [that you] wish to fish through anything - and the construction survived being routed/pulled through the lift gate, its boots, and along the driver's side without any compromise whatsoever. The seller is well known for their HSD cables, and their supply is the only source I go to for these pieces.
