good controlled release melatonin
i ordered this product when the similar RemFresh 5mg time release melatonin wasn't available for order. i've been using it for a week, and so far i think it is a good product, the controlled release helps me get back to sleep during the night. i will buy this again, instead of the RemFresh

Groggy in the morning.
These do make me tired and sleepy (not necessarily a restful sleep though) and am groggy for a few hours after getting up in the morning. I tried Insommatril, which my doctor recommended, however I don't sleep the whole night.
