This might sound ridiculous, but we put together a giant slip-and-slide for our summer party every summer. My husband and I are in our 40s and had to test it out. We both had extremely sore abs after slamming our bodies into the ground for hours, and my husband hurt his shoulder when he rolled an odd way. That night, we talked about how it was worth it, even with our slight injuries. I remember I had purchased the Numm cream. I loved that it had good plant-based ingredients and that it had ingredients that would help our sore bodies. We applied it to our sore areas; a little goes a long way, and the scent was pleasant. We both liked the quickness of how it absorbed in (no messy clothes, win!) and started to cool and relax the area. The next morning, we woke up feeling great! We’ve been using the cream for our minor aches and pains; we apply it at night, and the next morning, we typically don’t have any pain or soreness. I love that the packaging is in a jar vs. a tube; which makes it easy to get the right amount. We’ll keep using Numm; we love it! And I’ll keep recommending it to my friends and family. PS It's always on my nightstand, so I have no excuse to not apply if something is achey. :)

My 82 year old husband tries to keep his aging bones from stiffening up. One of the ways he does it is through cycling. In summer or any fair weather day he rides his electric bike, peddling until he tires a bit or approaches a hill which requires a lot of endurance, he then kicks it over and enjoys the luxury of the electric device, however recently he pulled a muscle somehow while exercising on this bike. He was in so much discomfort I was ready to take him to the local hospital ER. Luckily Amazon arrived with this pain relief in a jar that I had just ordered the day before . It has a cooling/freeze property. After his Nurse wife applied it along with a massage action, he commented last night as I rubbed it in that it is feeling much better each time I use it on him. This was our first need for it and I’m so glad when I ran across this on Amazon that I bought this jar for our household to have in such incidents. It’s easy to rub in this pleasant creamy almost “whipped” like crème. It has many applications such as sprains, strains and bruises. It’s a good relief for minor aches & pains of muscles and joints. We’ve already found it beneficial. I think you will be as pleased as we are with this easy application mild pain reliever.

I have been suffering from shoulder and back pain due to a severe strain and this product certainly brings some relief from those aches. Unlike other creams, this have a very nice scent. When applied one can feel a cool effect that numbs the pain. The skin absorbs it quickly. It is not oily nor sticky and do not stain the clothing. The scent dissipates quickly and, anyway, its minty fresh and nice. Other products may be better for the pain, but smell so strong that they are difficult to use during working hours, unless one works at a nursing home. Not this product. This will take you to the mall, to the cinema, to the workplace, etc.

I'm very disappointed in this product. It claims to have a numbing effect and helps with pain relief. It does neither. It's a nice menthol cream but that's it and for $19.99 I do expect it to fulfill its promises. I won't be buying it again.

They increased the price by 5$ just in the couple months after i bought my first. I was planning on buying it again, but ill look else where.. There are many Menthol products out there. I bought it for the 6% content, which was higher than others, but to be honest i didn't notice any difference with another product i had that had a lesser amount of menthol. So, there must be other variables..

I wasn't sure about the "fragrance" but it was nicer than I expected. The effect is really good and the cooling lasts longer than other brands I've tried. I'll buy it again.

This works as advertised, as a topical pain reliever, and the smell is not objectionable, unlike some other brands.

It is good for any kind of pain we all need to buy this it numbs any area and it's very very good you'll need to buy it for work
