Firstly, this is a great product. Strong, sturdy and does exactly what you'd expect. Ergonomics work a treat too. Secondly, and more importantly, there was an initial error in shipping - I received only the base part. Have to say, that the after sales support was outstanding. Not only did I receive an extremely prompt reply, but the missing part was shipped straight after. Great supplier to deal with. Thanks again for your great after sales service.

Excellent - really does help. It does take a bit of adjusting if you have tight muscles and are not used to sitting squat to that degree. But it’s is more natural once your body has adapted and does mean you don’t strain to pee/poo.

It is one of the best piece's of advice I have ever received. This potty is excellent. I bought the double height just to be on the safe side and it has remained permanently under my toilet for several years and i use it every time I go. It is sturdy, durable and easy to clean. I have recommended this product to numerous people who experience similar problems and to strangers! The best investment I ever made for this bowel problem. It is still in excellent condition.

Useful product. If you frequently change the height then the grooves accumulate dust easily but that is coming from someone who is particular about cleanliness. Otherwise it is a good investment especially if your toilet is assembled at an unusual height and you are short

I had my doubts but my husband instantly fell in love. Now it feels natural for me to squat and I miss it when I have to go potty outisde the house. The only thing is that if I were to buy it now I would just buy the taller one piece instead of this 2-part model

I have put off buying a squatty potty for such a long time and I just don't know what I was thinking! I love this, it makes going to the loo so much more comfortable and really aids with any digestive issues... I feel bereft when having to use a toilet without one! My husband is obsessed...!

Does seem to make a difference. Didn't like the full height at the beginning, but now used to that and can't really understand what my issue was - just different I suppose? Good design means that no room is taken up when it's pushed back against the base Interesting flatulence fact: It is impossible to suppress a f@rt whilst squatting :) (well, at least it is for me) I do-do like it.
