Great Water Filter
I purchased this unit back in Nov 2023. It has been making about two to three of the containers per day on average since I bought it. My tap is around 210-240. Just today the filter dropped from 4 bars of health to 3 bars after 4 months of daily use. My only issue is with the built in mineral reader that usually shows 15-25 on average. The only discrepancy I have is that my other two stand alone mineral reading devices show the purified water to be about twice the reading than the one in the unit, usually 30-40. 30 is still good but with my other two independent readers I have never seen it below 20 except for the first couple weeks when it was new and the internal was reading 8-10. The water tastes great, I do not mind dumping the brine water that others complain about. I guess you need to understand that in order for this filter to last it needs to regurgitate the minerals so the filter doesn't quickly clog. I think for the size, quality of output and price point, black Friday sale, $199, I give it 5 stars. Should I need another one I would buy another in the future. My local grocery charges about $2 a gallon for purified water so even with the replacement cost of the filter I am way ahead in savings. Also, I am not lugging plastic jugs into the house and then into the trash once I am finished. Many I see here have issues with water waste, or functionality, or noise or what ever. I find its very easy to use, works very well, and I have no problem dumping the little left over brine water into my plants. I would recommend this to someone with limited space and doesn't have more than a couple of people in the household. Update: 12/2/24 I have had this filter for a year now and it has worked flawlessly. Even though the filter indicator is now down to a single bar it is still filtering water around 10-11ppm which on my independent reader is actually around 20ppm. My tap water lately reads about 220ppm so the filter works really well. The ppm indicator on the unit basically shows half of what I find to be the actual reading. A reading of 10ppm is 20 on my two other hand held ppm indicators. Never the less, even 20 is very acceptable. For most of the time it reads 7-8 but now is creeping a bit higher. I will buy another filter and continue using it. I would recommend this unit for 1-2 people who consume 3-4 liters a day like myself. I have read some of the reviews and I am not sure how come some have issues dumping the brine water out of the container. It is a water filter and the back-flush is how it purges minerals to filter more water. If this really bothers you to have this extra step, buy a unit that back-flushes brine on its own. I feel, for the price point, this filter has done a great job and has saved me a lot of money buying bottled water. I would recommend this product. Update....4/6/25, my original filter lasted from 12/1/23 until 4/06/25. I filter two or three of the pitchers a day. I have been testing the water with my independent TDS meter every so often and it still reads about double what the machine reads. So is the machine reads 09 then its really about 18 TDS. Anything below 40 is very good so I am very happy with this little unit. The purified water I used buy at the store is about 12-18ppm. This machine has saved me a lot of money. I typically use about 3 - 4 gallons a week for just drinking at my house. That adds up to at least 12 gallons or 24$ a month. So with the cost of the machine, 199$ on sale when I bought it, and thats 384$ in water at the store. Now I just bought a new filter for 70$ so I will save 314$ by filtering at home. This machine has performed flawlessly and I would buy it again or recommend to a friend.

I am very pleased with this purchase – Clean, Great-Tasting Water with Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite (UV)
Product: Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite (UV) Reverse Osmosis System Countertop Water Filter, 7-Stage Purification with UV and Remineralization, purchased June 2025 Most Florida water—whether city or well—rarely tastes or smells good. For decades, I relied on store-bought spring water. As I’ve gotten older (I’m in my 60s now), it’s become harder to find spring water that tastes pleasant. Because of this, I was drinking less water, which led to dehydration and edema. Since purchasing this Bluevua RO system, I’ve been drinking much more water, and the swelling from dehydration has improved noticeably. The water tastes clean, fresh, and pure. I use it for drinking and cooking. Instead of driving to multiple stores only to leave empty-handed, I now make and bottle my own water at home. I use large Ball canning jars to store the water, so I always have crystal-clear, great-tasting water available. Ease of Use: The initial flush of the system is a typical new filter flush. The on-going filtration process is quick and easy: fill the container, place it in the unit, select the desired amount (½ or full carafe), press start. The unit is a countertop unit—no plumbing required—and plugs into a standard outlet. Filters only need to be replaced once a year, which is convenient and easy to remember. Performance: • The RO process strips everything from the water, including minerals. The included remineralization filter adds back beneficial minerals, which is what makes the water taste so good. • My tap water looks cloudy even after running it through a PUR faucet filter, but once it’s processed through the Bluevua system, it’s crystal clear. The difference is striking. • The system removes chlorine taste and odor from resort well water, along with bacteria and other contaminants. Additional Information: • Each day I use the unit; I discard the first 8 ounces. Additionally, I dump out the contaminated water that collects in the bottom container before refilling. (The contaminated water is identified as all water falling below a line on the container). This step is important—if skipped, I can understand how someone might become ill, as some reviewers have noted. • Filtering takes time. It takes me about 30 minutes to fill all my canning jars. • The canister of water must be seated securely in the base, or it will leak. • The unit came with one mineral filter. The mineral filter is inserted in the top of the carafe. The filtered water pours through it to re-mineralize the filtered water. It is easy to put in and take out. • It includes a fruit infuser insert. However, I prefer water plain. I bottle it immediately to keep it pure. • In my opinion, this unit is best suited for one or two people. A larger family might need a bigger system or a whole-house RO filter. Overall: I’m very happy with this purchase—my only regret is not buying it sooner. I’ve been using it for three months now and follow the instructions carefully, filtering my tap water first through a PUR faucet filter and then through the Bluevua system. I consider this a worthwhile investment for my overall health and well-being.

Clean, Great-Tasting Water Without Installation
I’ve been using the Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite (UV) for a while now, and I’m really impressed with the water quality. The taste is clean and fresh, and the added UV filtration gives extra peace of mind. Setup was extremely easy—no plumbing or installation required, just plug it in and start using it. I like the compact countertop design and the glass carafe, which feels more premium than plastic. The TDS display is a nice touch to monitor water quality. Filtration is a bit slower than a regular filter, but that’s expected with reverse osmosis. Overall, it’s a great choice for apartments or anyone who wants high-quality drinking water without the hassle of installation.

Great customer service but product can be future improved.
This is a lite easy to use RO system. filtered water was very good quality and the canister last very long without replacement vs those tap attachment which I previously used. System efficiency can improve and part of the design can be more ergonomic (eg: The tank can leak if u over fill to the same line as the handle as there are holes for the handle to fit. this feature is cost cutting but it leave a bad impression on usability) and it flush the waste water back to the main tank which can be redesign using a separate thank. Anyway more to be desire. But the customer service is top notch. I have been using it for 11 mths and it start leaking even after I clean it. Keli from their service team responded quickly and able to replace it within 4 days of reporting for it.

It passed the wife test.
Update: We have been using this machine for about a week and we could not be happier. We get consistent results processing around 2-3 gallons per day, and the water always tastes clean and crisp. We also did a blind tasting, among the members of the family, using Fiji bottled water and 3 out of 4 people had hard time to tell the difference or which one they prefer. I personally preferred the taste of Fiji water, but the difference is almost nonexistent. Fiji is rich in silica and that may have been what was the small difference in taste was, but again it was near to nothing. Original review: We live in Manhattan and we have soft water coming out from our tap, it normally tastes as tap water. For years we were using a caraffe and filter (Invigorated Water) and we were happy with the quality of that water, although we were also ordering a lot of Poland Spring 1-gallon bottles, probably well more than 500$ a year. Also, the caraffe filters were costing 200$ a year or more since they do not last longer than 3-4 weeks. With this system we can stop ordering water bottles all together, the resulting water is that good. I would say the resulting water is as good as the expensive bottled water like Voss or Fiji. Water was very good with zero bitterness from the get-go even without using the remineralizer cartridge. With the remineralizer it tastes a little different, but it was hard to discern. Anyway, since the re-mineralizing cartridges are only 30$ a year we will use them. It was well packaged, instructions are clear, and it looks very good on the counter, it has a reminiscence of Apple design. Our unit came with the re-mineralizing cartridge included as well. Anyway, so far, we are supper happy, it takes only 3 minutes and 20 sec for processing a full caraffe, and a full tank of water is enough to process water for filling 2 caraffe, which are 2.4 liters in total. It is quiet on operation and was very easy to set up.

Design could use some improvement, but great overall.
I'm highly satisfied with this countertop reverse osmosis system. It's quick to set up and operate, and looks nice. The water also tastes great! The filters can be pricy but only need changed once a year, despite me using this every day (supposedly it lasts a year...see more details below). In general it's impressive enough to get 5 stars from me, though I have a few nit-picks. First off, I go through the 40 ounces (1200 mL) of water it holds quite quickly, so it's a bit annoying how often I have to refill the water tank (sometimes twice a day). But it's a lot easier and cheaper using this machine than installing an under-sink system (which I cannot do anyway, being in a rental apartment). So this is only a minor issue. My main bit of feedback is the "front" of the machine makes accessing the water tank awkward. So I've just put the system facing its side so I can both easily slip out the water tank and carafe. This has the effect of making the read-out on the top sideways, and also the power cord comes out sideways. So if they update the device I'd suggest they just make this the proper front-facing layout and reposition the top screen and the power cord appropriately. My other thing is the filter use timer. The read-out on the top shows the life of the filter in general 25%-ish quantities, and I've noticed in the 2 years I've had this machine that it's obviously just operating off of a built-in timer. No matter how frequently or rarely I use the machine, this filter life indicator drops a bar every 3 months like clockwork. That seems a bit dishonest in my opinion. I think it's highly likely that you can get more than 1 year out of a filter, but they put this timer in to push more replacement filter sales. But I cannot be sure. Just a guess. Overall this is an excellent device and I have no regrets. Despite the awkwardness of the tank position, and despite the replacement filters being a bit pricy and perhaps deceptively pushed, I use this every day and really enjoy how it improves the water from what I usually get out of the tap or bottles. Five stars!

Great tasting water from a quality-built RO countertop system!
I bought the Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite (UV) Reverse Osmosis System Countertop Water Filter after hours of research over a week or two. I considered many brands and decided on the Bluevua Lite (UV). Mainly because of its compact size and overall performance reviews. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite (UV) Reverse Osmosis System Countertop Water Filter looks and feels premium and very well made. The unit is very quiet and fairly quick to filter water. The filtered water is very good. I prefer it to many premium bottled waters, I won't list names, but some are European and not cheap! I use the included remineralization filter to add beneficial minerals back into the water. I would like to add that the water without the remineralization filter taste great as well. The unit does take some time to setup initially, because of the required flushing of the filters when first using it. But it's a necessary evil that all RO systems require! I really like the all-digital touch screen display. It's very easy to use and the screen displays all the necessary info. I like the sturdy glass pitcher over plastic ones that other brands tend to use. It holds 40 oz. of filtered water. I purchased an extra glass water pitcher, so I always have fresh filtered water, cold in the fridge! I drink a lot of water throughout the day. I've been using a quality gravity filter pitcher for years. Recently the brand was bought by a large water company and even though they made improvements to their filters for longer life and made improvement to their pitchers. The filters are not compatible with the old-style pitchers, very frustrating! I looked into a new pitcher only to learn the new owners eliminated the handy pour spout on their new pitcher. A feature I loved! So, I said, the heck with them! Their filters are the most expensive on the market for a pitcher gravity filter anyway! The Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite (UV) Reverse Osmosis System Countertop Water Filter has a filter that last a year with regular use. The filter averages $70 - $80 to replace yearly. Not the lowest priced or most expensive. Pretty average! The filter on the Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite (UV) Reverse Osmosis System Countertop Water Filter is a single unit. So, you only need to replace one because it has multiple filtration stages built into one filter! I also like the UV light purification feature as well to keep bacteria from forming in the filter and system. Many brands do not offer this feature and is a major reason I chose Bluevua! I also like the fact that this Bluevua system uses a regular electric cord and plug, instead of a power brick like so many other RO systems! Something a lot won't consider or think about till they unbox unit and discover a power brick and find out it takes up needed outlet space! The system produces about 3 gallons of purified water to 1 gallon of wastewater. Which is better than average for a countertop RO system. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my Bluevua purchase and highly recommend it! UPDATE: A short update after owning the Bluevua RO100ROPOT-Lite (UV) Reverse Osmosis System Countertop Water Filter for a month. I have been testing the TDS of the water regularly. My water here in Pennsylvania is a very good 30 -34 ppm TDS straight out of the tap (most municipal water in PA have a low ppm TDS reading fortunately!). So, the RO system doesn't have a lot of total dissolved solids to remove from the start! I mostly wanted to remove the chlorine and disinfection chemicals used in all municipal water supplies in the U.S. My reading on the filtered water from the Bluevua system have been a constant 0 ppm reading on my test meter for water without using the included remineralization cartridge. Using the remineralization cartridge, I'm getting a solid 4 ppm TDS reading, which is great! The remineralization cartridge adds back into the water beneficial minerals such as potassium, magnesium and calcium. This enhances the taste as well. Overall, I prefer the water taste using the remineralization cartridge over not using it. Either way the water taste great! The Bluevua system continues to work flawlessly, and I use it daily! Very satisfied with my purchase decision! I highly recommend the Bluevua brand RO systems!

The LITE is great for small space living or moving around - Recommend an appliance rolling tray
I live in an apartment and move around every couple of years so it wasn't possible for me to really install a water filtration system. I was a little envious of my homeowner friends with reverse osmosis systems because the water tasted so good. This little machine was the answer! It works great, looks simple and clean, and is about the right amount of water for one person for the day (depends on how much you are at home). It comes shipped really well in a heavy box with sophisticated padding and getting it set up is super easy. If you are getting it to put under a kitchen cabinet (see photo), I'd recommend getting an appliance rolling tray because it's difficult to change out the tank in the back each day without sliding the whole unit out from under the cabinet. The size is a little unusual compared to other appliances but I found a rolling shelf that fit well. It's the Nifty appliance shelf in small: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B093MJCQG7?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 You can always get a wider shelf if you want to put glasses or the fruit infusion glass next to the unit. The directions say to run it pretty much every day so if you are away for several days at a time or travel a great deal, note that you will need to remove the filter and place it in the fridge. It encourages me to drink water so I don't find an issue running it at least once a day. I've seen another complaint about water waste. There is some water left in the tank after two cycles and the manual says to discard that waste water as it is now more concentrated with all the things that were filtered out. All water filtration systems have some waste. The difference here is that you see it because it doesn't automatically empty. That's sort of the point. This unit doesn't tie in with your plumbing in any way so it's completely portable to your next living space and doesn't get you into trouble with the landlord. It just needs to be plugged in to the wall. It's a little bit noisy but not even close to the volume of a blender or something. I would not run it at 2am if your building is silent and you want to stay friends with shared-wall neighbors but it's no issue at all during the day with other noises around. You can always run it during the day and stick the full pitcher in the refrigerator for a crisp fresh drink late at night if you are living your best life at 2am. Customer service is excellent as I had a couple of questions after I purchased it. They got back to me right away and I am very satisfied. Definitely recommend and the appliance rolling shelf has made it perfect!
