Murray's Hair Glo Hair Dressing Pomade 85 g

This is really good stuff. If I've been over-doing it or just generally neglecting my hair, I use some of my usual putty and then put some of this through with my fingers like any other hair product. It softens the look and the lanolin and coconut oils bring tinder-dry hair back from the brink. I dye my hair once a month, really really blond - and it is generally short-to-medium length, so I don't normally bother with conditioner. This does the job with no mess or fuss. A word of warning, though, a little of this goes a long way, so don't scoop out a great big handful unless you are deliberately going for the greasy lounge lizard look. Or invest in some antimacassars. Also, a really nice container!

Amazing stuff, I have very fine hair (well thining probably going to loose the lot 😅) this doesn't make my hair look flat, it lifts it nicely. Great hold through out the day. Shine it gives off is fantastic.

Had a tin of this in early 90s from Flip in Liverpool when I was a student and never seen it since. Quality product like all Murray's stuff. Smell great. Not the strongest hold but nice and shiny and smells great. Tin is exactly the same which is one of the the nice things about Murray's - great nostalgic stuff!!

Well l like the design of the tin,and smell of wax/shine. But it's not for my hair, it would suit people with thicker hair/texture.

This hair product makes my hair a bit more manageable as I always have an issue with thick patching bumping out. Now I get a very sleek look without the product actually drying out and hardening my hair - Will be picking up more in the near future!

This product is old school for sure. Full disclosure, it’s very greasy and oily. That doesn’t bother me at all. If it doesn’t bother you, you’ll love the super shiny look it will give your hair. I also like the light scent. Other Murray’s products, although most also produce a nice shine, have much stronger scents.

J'adore cette pommade, très très light, mais parfait. C'est assez proche de l'utilisation d'huile de coco pur, mais plus agréable et avec un peu de tenue. ça élimine tout les petit cheveux qui frisotte lorsqu'ils sont tout propre (pour mon type de cheveux en tout cas, légèrement ondulé, épais et plutôt sec). Cette pommade est très facile à appliquer, la consistance est proche de celle d'un pot de nutella qui serai rester à une température ambiante. Et elle ne reste pas trop coller aux doigts. Si vous avez utiliser des Pommades plus lourdes à très forte tenue dont il est très difficile de se débarrasser, ça n'a rien à voir.

I got this to help ease the frizz after doing overnight sets. It's a little heavy for my hair type but if I only use a tiny bit it works like it's supposed to and I adore the retro tin. It has an interesting scent that has grown on me over time. The texture is very similar to vaseline but a little firmer. If you have very dry hair this would work very well, I put some in my mum's dry and brittle hair and it gave a lovely sheen. My hair is naturally oily so I only use it on mid length and ends. It would work great on dry wavy mens hair over women's.
