Very good saw for cutting through small to medium size branches. I bought this for cutting firewood while camping and it works better than I expected. I keep it in my rucksack at all times now. It's very sharp and cuts very well. It just took a minute to get used the pull-stroke being the cutting stroke.

Works great! Got it just to keep for emergencies or camping. Tested it on multiple 4-7in logs/ trees I had to clear and I was incredibly impressed. This thing rocks

This lost a star due to marketing. It’s much heavier than needed for camping or backpacking. However, I’ve used it for yard work, and found it to be very effective. The blade is sturdy and well designed, and binds minimally when cutting large pieces. I’ve found that the rigidity of the blade makes fast cutting easier, and the channels between the teeth are effective for preventing the teeth from getting clogged when cutting wet wood. The grip is very solid, but the shape is not ideal for my hand at least. I have never had it skip or had difficulty holding onto it, even when sawing fast and hard. It also feels like you could run over it with your car and be more worried about your tires than the saw. For camping/backpacking, my fiskars folding saw is larger, much lighter, and more comfortable. For yard work, this saw is fantastic.

This item definitely gets a five-star review. But take my advice... Where leather gloves when using this saw. Sucker slipped off a branch that I was cutting and got me right across my pointer finger and I bled like a stuck pig! I would definitely buy this saw again!

This was a great tool to take along camping. It has a very sharp blade which made cutting 5-6" trees for fire wood easy.
