PRIME-LINE U 9846 Sliding Door Loop Lock Child-Safe Security, Hardened Steel Bar with Diecast Base, Nickel, 1-1/8 in

Brilliant piece of engineering, some one really thought it out. We live in the UK and discovered these in the US, they work really well on ordinary doors that open outwards. Being stainless steel they look good and are extremely strong. We used them on connecting house to garage door and house to conservatory doors. They are easy to fit and reasonably priced. Well done Prime-Line. Oh and they arrived speedily from the US to UK.

Would have liked it to be larger with better quality fixings. Otherwise it would have gotten five stars. This has to be fitted with care as no margin for error, but once it’s on, wow what a simple and effective idea, no looking for keys just twist lock in and go. Stronger than you would think, put two on my patio door, can see from a distance there on which gives peace of mind.

Really good secondary line of patio security .. Going to purchase a second to add the lower door .. As the Others say screws are crap.. so replaced them.. Delivered from the US within a week!!

Works perfectly and easy to install. Very solid and simple option and have now installed 2 others for friends.

Nice solid metal, installation was as easy as putting in 8 screws can be. Having the shorter option was appreciated, their other one was really long and would not have fit in the tight spot I needed it. Functionally I would have liked for the top opening where the latch gets inserted to be more beveled to guide the latch in because if you don't line the latch up exactly centered with the hole then it doesn't go in and you have to fiddle with it which is kind of inconvenient every night, especially if you're short and can't see the top hole. It's nice and shiny and I would have preferred a white or black option but silver is fine too.

Está súper bien para puertas corredizas de cristal que no hay forma de ponerles una cerradura más segura porque no hay espacio, esta es una excelente opción! Se pueden poner cuantas se deseen y es muy fácil instalarlas, ya incluyen los tornillos y los taquetes.

A trava parece ótima, mas infelizmente não serviu para o que eu precisava. Falha minha que não medi a distância entre as portas de correr.
