Naruto, Vol. 65: Hashirama and Madara: Volume 65

My 14 year old nephew has every book in the series and reads them as soon as they arrive. It is great to have books that engage the reader so well.

There are nothing too much to say,just great manga. Interesting,especially then are told new story about hashirama and madara childhood.

This manga is being read by my son who just loves it. He is constantly waiting for a new one to arrive and then reads it in one go.

getting all of this story about Senji and Uchiha is really awesome and I really can't wait for the next volume. one of the best flashback volumes to date.

Okay, that's one I'm pretty mixed about. Hashirama is freaking cool. One of my favorites, easy. Edgelord Madara - still an enigma, nothing in his story or embitterment really strikes me as psychologically realistic, but then, it's Kishimoto, so why am I surprised. Looks like Uchihas are genetically a little bit unhinged, and that's the secret to their ocular powers as well. Color me unimpressed, that explanation of sharingan was just laughable. And yet, and yet, I loved that backstory. Too little, too late to make an emotional impact, but at least it's there, and it explains how fraught and hard-won the balance between the clans really is. This is the missing piece that sets up the stage to show how each subsequent generation of shinobis strives to make their world a better place, and why Naruto is such a worthy inheritor of the will of fire. It is heartwarming and deeply satisfying. It doesn't really gel with the technological progress of the ninja culture/civilization, but since not much in Kishimoto's world makes sense, I'm very happy that at least this bit of logic wormed its way in :)

Great volume hope the anime shows uchiha kagami in the upcoming episodes sorry no spoilers but the fans so far will enjoy

As obvious, i am a huge Naruto fan.... I stay in Banglore and i bought this manga from amazon on 22/06/14, And i got the product in two days,nicely bubble wrapped. kudos Amazon and fed ex.Now i am looking for naruto cosplay for comic con.... (no luck finding anywhere in india) :-( .Anyway Naruto fans this manga series is really nice and the graphics are really (to quote barney stinnsonn) "legen-wait for it-dary..." I know you can read it online but the hard copy has a different ring to it then softcopy...

Our 11 y/o is finally enjoying to read because of these books. I haven't the slightest clue as to what they are about, but he sure does and he loves them. No more fighting to get him to complete his 1 hour of mandatory reading/day. Often times, he can put the books down ( I am slowly buying him the monster collection of Naruto books that he has wanted.

Got this for a frnd. He is happy :)

Finally with this book I have found the only Naruto book I’m missing! Anyways this volume is really good.
