Love this soap! I was tired of soaps with intense perfumes that were overwhelming and made me nauseous. This soap smells light, fresh, and clean and it works really well.

The Bubby's Bubbles Powder Laundry Detergent in Apple Cinnamon Scent is a good-quality detergent that gets clothes clean and smelling fresh. The detergent is touted as containing enough powder for 240 loads, but I'm assuming that's for smaller loads - it takes 2 tablespoons of detergent for small loads and 4 tablespoons of detergent for large loads. The powder comes with a small plastic measuring spoon to scoop it out with and it can be used in both HE and conventional washers. The detergent got my clothes clean without damaging or fading the fabric. I found it dissolved just fine in my top-loading HE washer and my clothes were clean and soft after use. While it's touted as having an apple-cinnamon scent, the scent was much more cinnamony than apple-like. Regardless, the scent is pleasant and clean smelling, and although it sounds like you'll smell like an apple pie, the detergent really doesn't smell like that. It's fresh and clean smelling and doesn't smell sweet at all. While it's a good natural detergent, I'm not sure I would purchase it again. There are other natural detergents that I prefer over this one that are just as effective but less in price. That said, this is a good detergent, and if you're interested in a slightly unique scent, it's worth a try.

Had high hopes for this when I first got product. Liked the smell, and liked the fine powder consistency. However, the powder does not cemetery dissolve and will leave white spots on clothing after completed. It leaves clothing very soft which I loved, but did not like white residue. I continued to give it more time, but began noticing some of the clothing was not coming out clean. Specifically, I had a pair of linen white shorts that I got some dirt (not a major stain), just dirt, and the spot was still there when I pulled it out of the dryer. I placed the shorts in the laundry sink and washed with warm water and friction only, and dirt came out easily. So if detergent can not remove what simple water and friction can, I will not be repurchasing.I have continued to use it however as a laundry softener and added it to regular Zote soap flakes which seems to be a good resolution combination.

I have a front load washer and usually use liquid detergent or the detergent sheets, but I have occasionally bought powder and uses it without issues. But not this time.I only ended up doing two loads with this detergent because it left such bad white spots on my clothing. It left a residue which was similar to sticky bubblegum residue in random areas on my scrubs. The first time I used it, I had simply sprinkled it on top of the clothes so I thought maybe this was my own fault. The second time, I predissolved it and poured it into the detergent compartment but still had the same results. The residue was not easy to get out of my clothes after it was there so this is an absolute no from me.

The media could not be loaded. I don't usually use powdered detergent but with folks in the house who have sensitivities to laundry products I do welcome trying new ones that are advertised as being for sensitive folks since I have used the same ones for years and years and like to see what differences products new to the market may have.I've never seen this brand before and liked that not only did it say it was for sensitive folks but also said it was good for babies which gave me extra confidence in it.The bag is a good size. The powder itself feels light and airy when you scoop it out but the bag overall is a good weight/supply of product.I used this on towels, sheets, clothing, and underwear. I did not experience any issues with scent, skin reactions, fading or discoloration of any of the items I washed.We cannot use fabric softener but the things I washed with this came out nice and soft, and in my opinion softer than they would have with my usual brands.

I have nothing negative to say about Bubby's apple cinnamon laundry detergent. The resealable bag was not difficult to open with scissors, and I like how it easily zips tight. The apple cinnamon scent is very pleasant, but also very light and not overwhelming. The directions say to use four tablespoons in a large load, however, my load of towels and heavy clothes was extra large, and I have extra hard water, so I used six of the tablespoon sized scoops. The fine white powder dissolved very easily into the water in my washer tub before I added the clothes. After the load was done on normal setting, I did a sniff test of almost everything before putting it in the dryer. The stink was completely gone out of my sweaty work socks, the towels didn't have any mildewy smell to them, and even the dishcloth and cleaning rags came out with only a tiny hint of apple fragrance to them, no stink at all! If you are worried about smelling like an apple pie worry no more. The scent is very, very light. This is a great product and I love its eco-friendly properties.
