This Breathe Right product is the one that adheres best and works best. I've tried their "extra strength" and their competitors, and both fall short and fail to stay on. It's comfortable to wear, and it stays on through the ENTIRE night even when I moisturize or oil my face before applying it. Most importantly, it successfully opens up my nostrils so I can breathe better with my very deviated septum. The only con is it takes effort to pull off in the morning, and you'll want to gently wash off any remaining adhesive before you apply your makeup. It can feel a little tender or red where the glue adhesive was. But would you rather have a product that doesn't stay on all night long? Honestly, this one is worth the investment...and the stickiness.

If I were religious, I would thank god above for these miracle nose stickers. I’ve had pregnancy rhinitis for months, which interferes with my sleep. And now, I have a cold on top of that. I decided to give these a try and I’ve been able to BREATHE the past two nights, for the first time in months. The strip stays on my nose all night just fine, until I pull it off in the morning. My husband did try these too, since he’s a horrifically loud snorer, but his fell off in the night — maybe because he rolls around more, or maybe his nose is more oily? I dunno. But they work incredibly well for me and stay put. I squeeze them onto my nose for like 30sec to ensure a solid stick and we’re good to go. If you’re considering trying, I’d recommend giving them a shot since results may vary between users — if they work for you, you’ll also wake up like me saying “hallelujah.”

I apply a strip nightly before bedtime. The strip ensures adequate air flow through both nostrils such that I can calmly breathe with my mouth closed. My wife isn't bothered by snoring, my mouth doesn't become dry from airflow, and my sleep is less interrupted. I use isopropyl alcohol to clean the skin before applying. The adhesive is just sticky enough to pull on the skin to expand the nasal passages. The sm/med size is the best fit for my nose and it easily peels off in the morning after applying warm water to the strip. I first tried the extra strength size but it was larger than necessary and took longer to peel off.

I love Breathe Right strips- they really help me to breathe better and therefore sleep better at night. I’ve been using the maximum strength ones for years and feel like the bridge of my nose is always red because of them. So I wanted to try these to see if the redness was lessened… verdict is they open my airway just as well and yet are equally as hard to remove come morning time, but because they’re thinner, the redness isn’t quite as bad. So, for smaller noses I’d say these will do the trick just as well as the bigger ones.

These Nose Strips work very good and help me breath easier all night. They stick very well and do not fall off at all

These really helped with my husband's snoring. I've ordered these three times and will continue to buy them.

These don't work well and don't open my nasel passages as well as my prior use of them.They are too difficult to peel off and pulled up a tiny bit of skin on the top of my nose. The price is too high for what they are used for.

One of the most established brands of nose tape as far a i can remember from my teenage years. Helped alot with breathability and allowing more air into your nostrils so the clogged nose can clear up. Pity the clear ones were out of stock.
