well worth the money, Bluetooth works well in my garden at a good distance

Arrived and worked perfectly fine then after a week it stopped receiving and sending a signal despite showing that it was plugged in on my computer. Swapped ports but nothing seemed to fix it.

I am delighted with this item, absolutely painless to install, I plugged it into an empty usb on the pc and it installed itself without issue.Connects to your BT devices quickly and without issue.As regards the range I have it in a bedroom and walked around my home with bt headphones and had no dropouts or loss of quality

I recently purchased this Long Range USB Bluetooth Dongle 5.1 EDR for my PC, and overall, it’s been a good experience. The adapter excels in its core function - I haven’t faced any connectivity issues while using it with various devices like my desktop, laptop, printer, keyboard, mouse, and headset. Its compatibility with Windows 10/11 and the plug-and-play feature make it incredibly user-friendly.However, I did encounter a small issue with the plastic casing on one of the antennas detaching. This might have been due to me frequently moving the PC around, so it could be partly my handling. Despite this, the dongle’s performance remains unaffected. It’s a solid choice for anyone needing a reliable Bluetooth connection, just be a bit cautious with the physical handling of the antennas.

It's very important that you delete all paired devices and either delete or disable existing bluetooth adapters. I did this but but even then when I searched for devices with this 5.1 adater, nothing showed up. I kept doing the same thing over and over. I shoved the bluetooth dongle in the drawer for a few days in frustration. Then I went back into device manager and clicked show hidden devices. Low and behold a generic microsoft bluetooth adapter appeared! I deleted it, enabled the new bluetooth adapter and hey presto, it found all my devices and paired perfectly.I attached the dongle to a 2 metre usb extension lead and raised it that far above my desk. Because of the new height and bluetooth 5.1 I now get absolutely no dropouts listening though headphones anywahere in the house and I have a few thick brick walls. So glad I chucked it in a drawer and not the bin. Great product.

I wanted one of these to connect my nice new bone conduction headphones to my Windows 10 desktop, which is not blessed with Bluetooth.I plugged it into a USB hub, sitting on my desk and got reception in all places in a 2-bed terraced house with a long kitchen extension, including outside the house for some distance, through brick walls.These days it's nice to buy something that just works.The only reason for one star less than the max, is that it doesn't support Linux (well... it might work, but the manufacturer's say windows only, and setup would be down to you).

Truly excellent radius, could circle the entire house without my headphones dropping the signal. The only negative I can think of is that the antenna could be rather delicate and prone to breaking if knocked. Just be careful and it's fine.

I had problems with a weak Bluetooth signal from my laptop. I tried another Bluetooth adapter and it did not work. Plug and play failed and I returned it. This ZEXMT Bluetooth 5.1 Adapter works perfectly. It lived up to its claim of plug and play. No special driver to download. It was recognized immediately by my WIN 11 system. I use this to get better signal coverage for my Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids and I am very pleased with this device.

I needed a way to strengthen the Bluetooth signal from a PC tower to an Android-OS enabled top box.I had everything else in order (controllers, streaming software), but the controller signals were weak and would drop and/or be unresponsive. The result was that we couldn't play.After I installed this device (and connected my controllers to the new device and its signal), the controllers worked perfectly and without signal loss. Excellent.From PC to box is about 20', through two walls, including minor electronics.
