These are so effective, ingredients are so pure, the taste the texture the smell the quality.. it’s truly outstanding. I love these. They mellow me out. They regulate my mood and my thoughts without making me drowsy. I think they’re fantastic.

I went through a whole bottle of these when they were the old formula and I loved them then! Now that they have added all of the other vitamins and l theanine I love them even more. I was really struggling to find something that would help with my anxiety when I was on my period and these helped SO much! I even cut them in half to give to my kids to help with their nerves and focus. And they taste so good!

They taste very good they make me sleepy so I have to take at night. Bottle says to take 2 but I only take 1 a day since that’s what Google recommends. Also it says on google to not take saffron for more than 3 months. So I will take the whole bottle and see how I feel after
