Coffee brews well

I was so impressed with this product, made delicious hot kahve, perfection. But sadly after less than two months of use suddenly stopped working, electricity is getting to the machine but nothing happens, tried resetting but still inoperable. Tried to return and replace the item but having followed instructions via Amazon and onto the manufacturers own page, no customer service shown so far. The item said it came with two years warranty but neither KARACA nor Amazon seem interested and thus far I stay a disgruntled customer who doesn’t appear to be valued and I miss my morning kahve.

I rarely write reviews. I wanted to do this one as I thought it was a great product. I have been making Turkish/Arabic coffee for decades. It's traditionally (for me) a messy process on the stove, usually because I forget I'm making it until smoke appears. This is much easier and cleaner. Each coffee brand requires experimentation for consistency. This machine is definitely worth a try.

It’s a nifty little machine, makes coffee with water perfectly but with milk it can be a miss sometimes! But comes with a measuring spoon and cleaning bring and it does make decent coffee! It also makes it very quickly and doesn’t cost anything to run really… I love it & genuinely use it every day!!

I love the taste of the coffee this product can offer. The taste is really well. Operation wise it is super straightforward so not much to put it ahead of the competition but I think the size is quite compact and it does not feel like it is occupying too much space on the counter.

It's so simple to use. Instructions must be followed - using cold water and stirring with a wooden spoon before using (I am talking about preparing Turkish/Arabic coffee here), measuring everything appropriately. Whenever I used the handle of a wooden spoon to stir, it didn't give good results, so it has to be the proper end of a wooden spoon. I have tried it for 1 cup, 2 cups, 5 cups - whatever - and it comes out really nice. I bought it as I knew I would have guests and would be making 5 cups of coffee - and rather than pay the price of a large rakweh, I thought why not give this machine a try. It really is my new favourite thing.

Am I missing something? I assumed this was a Brand New item. It has obviously been used and some of the accessories are missing like the cleaning brush. The item description says you can make hot chocolate with milk bit the manual says to ONLY use water. NOT HAPPY

As I couldn’t find any reviews on how to use this machine in English. It took a bit of experimenting on how to adjust the Turkish coffee to my personal taste. For me that’s 75 ml of (oat) milk to a generous teaspoon of coffee per cup. I usually drink 2 cups per go. And press the first brewing option (kozde Turk kahvesi). Not the milk recipes.
