Does the job the best insect repellent I have ever used

I got bit 6 times in a two week period in Italy using this product. Interesting to me was that my girlfriend was using a French spray picked on on last year's holiday with stronger deet percentage and was only bit twice. If I were to buy again I would just buy the strongest formula they do.

i bought this for a recent holiday to Corfu, aware that mossies were about. We arrived in the afternoon so hadn't put this on, i had a few bites. the following day, as we had unpacked i was able to use this, absolutely no more bites for the rest of the holiday. I sprayed it and rubbed it in, best anti mosquito spray we have ever used. Won't use anything else. Great Value, this size worked on both me and hubby for a weeks holiday, you would need two of these size for a longer holiday. not an overpowering smell either, i could literally smell other brands on other holidaymakers and was so strong.

This stuff really worked, we only got bitten on the one evening that we forgot to put it on during 2 weeks in Thailand so it is definitely effective. It doesn't smell too strongly, and I had heard some really horrible things about deet repellents, such as clothes being destroyed, shoes melted etc, but we didn't suffer with any of that with this product. I did loads of research before travelling to pick a good repellent, and I am so glad I chose this one as it did everything we wanted it to. Other people we were on holiday with were using the Jungle Formula one and still getting bitten and suffering the side effects of deet. There were only 2 things I didn't like about it. Firstly, as it says it is suitable for children over 2, I had bought it to use on my 3 year old as well. But when it arrived and I read the instructions, it said they could only have 5 sprays per day of it. I decided as there was such a restriction it must be really strong and not suitable for sensitive skin, so I bought the repel sensistive for her which was brilliant. The second thing is that it doesn't spray very well, it just comes out in a big blob, so I gues the bottle could be improved. But other than that I think it's great.

Great in Cuba kept majority of mosquitos and bugs away just make sure all exposed areas are covered with repellent and it will work wonders. Used on adults and kids (age 5 & 9) with no reactions or side effects. Spray could be designed better to come out as just shoots out in jets so make sure kids turn away when spraying on arms or they will get splash back in they're eyes. This bottle lasted 2 adults and 2 kids 2 weeks away.

It's a convenient size for slinging in your day pack although remember to shake before you spray otherwise what comes out appears to be something with a texture closer to sunscreen. It definitely marks dark clothing so apply only to your skin. I was visiting Sri Lanka for a couple of weeks and as one of those types who seems to attract the little bloodsuckers at all times of the day I wanted to invest in something a little more stronger than the typical fare you can pick up at the local drugstore or airport. I chose Pyramid Trek Ultra largely on the positive reviews and comparably lower level of the DEET (30% in this) and long lasting protection. I would coat up in the morning (arms, legs and feet), using a natural protection for face and neck, and would reapply a couple of times during the day and before bed. I still got bitten a few times in place where I thought I had covered myself but I was very happy with the overall effect, not least in the sheer amount of confidence it gives you the first time you walk out in t-shirt and shorts!

Handy bottle with spray , we went on a long walk ,never got bitten once!! I have sensitive skin and it was fine .

I get eaten alive by mosquitoes if I don't use mosquito spray. So happy to report I was not bitten once this year using Ultra. It is a real improvement over straight deet. It absorbs in quickly and doesn't melt plastic. I sprayed on a few squirts to each limb and rubbed it in. A bottle lasted me 2 weeks, I think I may have been over generous when applying it. I applied twice a day. Having said that I think the Pyramid Trek Sensitive is just as good as I used it on my head (shaved) and neck. And my limbs when the Ultra ran out. It is easier to use less Sensitive, just a few squirts in the palm and then rub it into the limb.
