LOVE THIS! I had a lot of pain in my lower back and glutes from running and after using this I hardly have the same dull pain throughout the day anymore. The first few times may be painful, and putting a towel to reduce the intensity helps. But once the tightness is relieved, it's the best feeling ever! Highly recommend it.
