The watch was a Xmas gift last year (2019) for my partner, and was dead on arrival. Replacement came just after Xmas and lasted about 10 months (assume battery died). After changing battery, it died again 2 weeks later. Replacement sent by Amazon was dead on arrival again. Returned and received refund, as Amazon didn’t want to risk another issue. Such a shame as the watch is so lovely. It’s simple and sleek and perfect to wear under a long sleeve.
